Repair,Reassembling and leading of 15 K Transformer in FACT UC

Overhauling of ITL Make 11/0.433kV, 1.6 MVA Transformer-TFR-15K cited at FACT CMG Workshop with oil capacity-1220 liters as per the scope of work specified and terms and conditions attached. Scope of work:- A) Primary inspection of the transformer. B) Draining of oil from the transformer C)Storage and disposal of drained oil from transformer as per cl.15 of special conditions D) Disconnection and disassembling of bushings, conservator, pipe lines, cooling fins etc. E) Disconnection of tap-changer leads F) Removal of band bolts and lifting upper cover G)Lifting of the core with winding and inspecting core and windings for any damages H)Conduction of turns ratio test,high voltage tests etc as part of inspection I) Washing of core coil and inside of tank J) Cleaning and removal of sludge,carbon particles etc. K) Removal of copper granules,metal particles etc. L) Flushing the winding with new oil to clean inside.

Scope of Work :- A)Placing of lifted core and windings to its original position B) Reassembling of the transformer to its original shape after replacing of all gaskets and tightening the inner connections. C) Refilling the new oil (Supplied by FACT) through oil filtering machine by applying vaccum. Any minor copper granules present if any shall be removed during vaccuming process. D) Testing of oil as per cl.9 of special conditions. E) Pre-commissioning checks and energisation.
