Open conduits point wiring with individual control for light/wall fan/bell/ 6 A modular plug sockets by using 6A modular switches. Common switch board shall be considered for lights and wall fans with nearby individual plug sockets for wall fan. Separate switch board for computer, Printer & telephone etc. Wiring shall be using 1.5 sq.mm multi strand flexible copper wire for control, neutral and earth connections, through PVC conduits of size not less than 20 mm using metal saddles with spacing not exceed 50 cm as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT Engineer in Charge.
The work shall include wiring along wooden partition wall/ normal plaster wall/ beam/column/ceiling using clamps and drawing wires as required, preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, plug sockets, cover plates, dummy plates, suitable junction boxes, bends etc., wire termination, testing and commissioning.
For wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as one and half point.
All the materials for this work shall be under the scope of the contractor (selection of the switchboards in rooms shall be in the form of requirements to particular room for fan/light/sockets etc.
Colour codes for wires and Approved Makes are same as specified in schedule No -2

Individual plug socket shall be placed near Air Conditioner and switch shall be at standard height from ground. Wiring shall be using 4 sq.mm multi strand flexible copper wire for control, neutral and earth connections, through PVC conduits of size not less than 20 mm.
The work shall include cutting wall, wiring along wall and drawing wires as required, preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, plug sockets, cover plates, dummy plates, suitable junction boxes etc., wire termination, replastering, testing and commissioning.

The work shall include cutting wall, wiring along wall and drawing wires as required, preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, plug sockets, cover plates, dummy plates, suitable junction boxes etc., wire termination, replastering, testing and commissioning.
For wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as one and half point. If additional power sockets are provided in same Switch Boards that shall be considered as half point.
