Fabrication and Erection of Structural Spiders and Erection of Steam coils in Spare Melting, Mixing and Pre-coat Pits ( Western side) in SA Plant,FACT-CD

Fabrication and Erection of new structural over Melting,Mixing and Precoat pits (Western side): The work involves : (i) Collecting/transporting materials from stores. (ii) Fabrication of new spiders with all the necessary accessories as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. (iii) fabrication and erection of structural frames over melting,mixing and precoat pits generally as per Drg No: TS/M/S-418. (iv) Fabrication of cover plates (16/12 mm thick) and fxing over melting,mixing and precoat pits to suit the site condition/as per the instruction of the engineer in charge. (v) Transporting scrap materials from site to scrap yard . All structures fabricated shall be painted with two (02) coats of zinc chromate yellow primer of approved make/quality and two (02) coats of synthetic enamel paint of distinct colours of approved make/quality after proper mechanical cleaning using wire brush.All costs incurred in painting including cost of paints,primers,painting equipments,cleaning equipments,handling charges,scaffolding and any other incidental expenses will be under contractor's scope.

Steam piping for melting,mixing and precoat pit coils The work involves:: Dismantling old / damaged piping of western side pits, Transporting CS/SS pipes, valves, fittings, steam traps etc from stores, fabrication, fit up, welding and erection of piping including supports, guides, anchors etc., hydro testing of completed piping and hooking up with the system as per instruction of engineer in charge.
