"Clearing and cleaning the inside and top of side walls of masonry drains, pipe/masonry culverts etc. by removing all earth, sand, debris, boulders, vegetation, organic wastes etc. complete transporting the collected materials manually or by mechanical means and depositing at low lying areas within the the factory primises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for drain of any width and depth upto 1M"

Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area.

RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement .

RCC work 1:1 1/2:3 nominal mix using first class 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing , laying, consolidating, curing, handling and fixing in position, etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for foundation footing, bottom and sides of trench , raft, plinth beams and pedestals over foundation footings of all shapes pile caps and mass concrete.

Supply of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels. With Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:5 using good quality cement concrete blocks approved by the Engineer in charge for superstructure in ground floor/upto 5m height from plinth level/floor level.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 12mm , one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Providing , laying and grouting Anti-skid vitrified tiles of minimum 1200x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours & shades in flooring, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477, in average 6mm thickness including grouting the joints of width 3 mm , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Purchase price of tiles at site to be in the range of Rs. 60/Sqft to Rs. 70/Sqft.)

Providing & laying 20-25 mm thk machine cut kota/kadapa slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing if required complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing , laying and grouting Glazed vitrified tiles (GVT) of minimum 1200x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours & shades in skirting, risers of steps and dados etc. fix with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477, in average 6mm thickness including grouting the joints of width 3 mm , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Purchase price of tiles at site to be in the range of Rs. 70/Sqft to Rs. 90/Sqft.)

Supplying & fixing false ceiling using 8 mm thk square edge laminated Gypsum celing tile of 595 x 595 mm, made of Gypsum plaster board as per IS 2095 part 1 & laminated with white 0.07 mm thk fire retardant PVC film on face side & 12 micron metalised polyester film inserted on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm, both side inclusive ) consisting of main "T" runner (minm 45 mm thk), spaced at 1200 mm c/c & cross "T" (minm 45mm thk) spaced betwen the main "T" at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200 x 600 mm & secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm to be interlocked at middle of 1200 x 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 x 600 mm and necessary cleats, dash fasteners, adjustable GI rods with butterfly level clips etc. Bottom exposed width of all "T" sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, complete at all heights as per instructions.

Cleaning and applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre on all surface.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade,having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.One coat

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) tile trim and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts /fasteners etc. complete of required size as per approval of Engineer-in-charge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Supplying & fixing in position Hot galvanised MS gratings/Chequered plate for covering the drains to the required size as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge: Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. with 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 20 mm nominal bore .

Supplying, laying, jointing & hydrostatically testing ISI marked PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985 and all required PVC specials such as tees, bends, elbows, unions, reducers, adapters, coupling etc., as per IS 7834 or IS 10124 as the case may be, including cost of all jointing materials like solvent cement, bolts, nuts, rubber washers, ferrule, pipe supports, etc., hire of tools and plant, cost and conveyance of water for testing etc. complete so as to withstand the internal design pressure of 10 kg/cm2 - For external lines-25 mm or nearest OD

Supplying and fixing P.V.C. pipes conforming to IS 4985 class II- 4kg/sq.cm pressure for waste water lines with all required specials such as plain bends, single junctions, elbows, unions, etc. including cutting masonry or concrete floors, etc. wherever necessary and jointing pipes with approved quality resin cement and fixing pipes with clamps screwed in to masonry wherever required etc. complete-63mm or nearest outer dia.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel AISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink with drain board of size 510x1040 mm bowl depth 225 mm as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required :
