Obtain clearance remove the old gland packings and re pack with new packings on valves/pumps and servicing with out leak.

Open the bonnet, clean the parts repair of valve body / shutter or any other part as per instructions, lapping, check the spindle and spindle nut, replacing as per instructions, easing the moving parts and assuring smooth operation, boxing up the serviced valves with new gaskets and servicing without leak and defect.(This includes isolation valves and non return valves ranging from 100 to 350 NB)

Collection of spare/serviced / new valves , transporting to location , Obtain process clearance, remove the defective valve, fix the new / serviced one in position including fabrication of flanged spool pieces, boxing up flange joints , doing necessary modifications required for the valve operating mechanism to operate the valve smoothly from operating floor, site cleaning and transporting the remaining materials to ammonia mechanical.

Sewage pump house valve operating mechanism alignment correction, joints repair, proper clamping, repair of the operating rod or wheels as per instructions and servicing the repaired unit without defect.

Arresting pipeline leaks in and around sewage pump house by crack welding, patch repair welding, pin hole leak welding or by clamping. On pipe lines 100 NB to 350 NB

Obtain process clearance, De-couple and remove the motor from position, Removing end dummies of the connecting pipe lines and clearing, disconnect the pump from pipeline, remove the pump from position, transporting pump to mechanical work shop, complete overhauling the pump as per instructions, making ready to use any time, collecting new pump from stores/ serviced pump, transporting to site, errection of pump in position, boxing up of pipe lines, alignment with motor after mounting , coupling after rotation checking , trial run and servicing without defect. Necessary stiffening and strengthening of the mounting structerals shall be done as per instructions if required.

Obtain process clearance, De-couple and remove the motor from position, transporting to electrical workshop / shifting motor from one pump to another or any other area as directed by the engineer in-charge, collecting spare motor, transporting to site, fixing in position, alignment with the pump, coupling after getting clearance and servicing the equipment without defect.

Lifting the unit from the well, removal of discharge line, transporting the unit to mechanical workshop, dismantling, servicing, assembling back as per instructions, transporting back to site, assembling the discharge line, fixing in position and servicing without defect.

Replacing the defective bearing of the blower in sewage pump house.

Preventive inspection/maintenance as per instruction from Engineer in Charge: Work involves preventive inspection of all pumps, blowers, valves and other equipments in sewage pump house area. It includes inspection of all the pumps, pump couplings, blowers, valves, glands, valve operating mechanisms, flange joints and rectification of damages if any. Greasing of bearings of all the pumps, fans, greasing/lubrication of all valve bearings and operating levers, Opening of critical flange joints and checking of blockage, clearing if any on flange joints/dummies, cleaning the accessible inside pipe area, boxing up back . Inspection of coupling bushes and replacing if required. Opening the casing of de watering pump, clearing the debris, washing and cleaning the pump tightening the joints greasing the necessary parts boxing up and servicing the unit without defect. Any other preventive maintenance activity as instructed by the engineer in-charge shall also to be carried out.
