Laying and clamping of armored copper cables of size 3c /5c /7c /13 c x 2.5 sq.mm through wall /ceiling /cavity floor /cable trays from each MCCs to respective Relay Panels and from each relay panel to RIO rooms as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge. Clamping of cables shall be done at an interval of 450mm. Supply of cables shall be in the FACT scope.

Laying of Cables upto 4C*16 Sqmm Through Wall/Ceiling /Cable Trays/Trenchs for providing Connections for purpose.Supply of cables shall be in the FACT scope.

Open pipe Point wiring with individual control For light /Fan/Bell/Stair case lights /6 A modular plug sockets separately mounted for TV points/Modular switches, using Flexible copper cables 1.5 sqmm for control and neutral connection, Through pvc conduits of size not less than 20 mm using metal saddles with spacing not exceed 50 cm as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT Engineer in Charge . The work shall include wiring along roof /beam/column/ceiling using clamps and drawing wires as required , preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, cover plates, dummy plates,Etc fixing of ceiling roses on suitable junction boxes , modular step type regulators for fan, drawing of 1.5 sq mm earth wires of flexible copper wire of green color for body earthing of metal clad items ,connecting, testing and commissioning . for wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as one and half point . All the materials for this Work shall be in the Scope of the contractor( Selection of the switch boards in rooms shall be in the form of requirements to particular room for fans/lights/sockets etc). Supply of decorative garden top lights/ UP & Down lights suitable for out door purpose. Preferable make: Luker 3/6w,Dune B3 with bulb/Havells - CONE LED BOLLARD/ Philips blade light/ Crompton Heritage landscape light.

Fixing and servicing of Spot/focus/ flood LED lights /Decorative wall lights/ Piller toplights/Garden lights/ UP & Down lights etc. on appropriate basement/ wall All required fasteners /acessories / consumables are under the scope of contractor. Required luminaire shall be supplied by FACT.

Excavating existing / new cable trenches to a maximum depth of 300 mm and width of 300 mm, filling Back the trenches after laying cables and consolidating it to appropriate level.

Clearing of vegetation / wild plant Growth around street light posts to a radius of one meters. The bushes shall be completely uprooted and removed from the area, to an earmarked / recommended location. Rate quoted shall be on per post.

Preventive maintenance of three phase LT motors as per ISO check list MNE/F/1017 of capacity from 0.75kW up to and including 37 kW.The Work Includes Checking Of motor Terminals, Checking of Cables and End terminations for Loose coonnections/Heating Issues, Recrimping of Lugs if necessary, Checking motor Modules for Any Possible faults, Clearing Of Faults/issues in Motor Module Sides. Providing new cables, New connections if necessary Etc.

Straight joining LT 3x240 / 3x185 sq.mm armoured cables. The scope of work includes carrying out straight joining of LT, 3x240 / 3 x 185 sq.mm armoured cables using compound/heat shrinkable type straight through joint kits as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. Straight Joint Kit and all necessary tools and items required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. Acceptable Makes for straight through joining kit: Raychem/ 3M/ Denson.

Supply of skilled electricians to attend unexpected maintenance work [not envisaged in items 1 to 12 of the schedule of work] on the top of street light poles with a height of up to 7 meters, on an eight-hour shift basis. The electricians should be medically fit to work at heights and possess an ITI Electrician Certificate and a valid Wireman license issued by the Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board.

Supply of skilled Electricians for attending other works, not envisaged in items 1 to 13 of the schedule of work like preventive maintenance of sub-station/HT Panels/LT panels, cable termination/disconnection, revamping work in township area etc, on an eight-hour shift basis.The electricians should possess an ITI Electrician Certificate and a valid Wireman license issued by the Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board.

Supply of unskilled labourers for special works such as preventive maintenance of sub-station/HT Panels/LT panels, cable rerouting, housekeeping, material transportation, and other miscellaneous jobs, on an eight-hour shift basis.
