Dismantling and fixing-back of pipelines & fittings for choke clearing at NP Plant, FACT CD.

Dismantling and Fixing back of FUME SCRUBBER RING HEADER & VENTURI SCRUBBER RING HEADER Pipelines & Fittings to Facilitate Choke Clearing in NP Plant A & B streams and Offsite area. Work Involves: Collection of required tools and tackles from workshop / tool crib. Make arrangements for dismantling the pipelines including scaffolding arrangement. Choked pipelines and fittings, such as fume scrubber ring header lines and nozzles, suction and discharge lines of fume scrubber pumps etc., must be dismantled from their respective positions. Dismantling work should only commence after obtaining process clearance. Before dismantling the lines, ensure that each line is properly marked for easy reassembling the lines. After dismantling the lines, take them to the ground level for cleaning. [Cleaning of the pipes shall be NOT in the scope of contractor]. After choke clearing is completed inspect the pipelines for any leaks and after getting process clearance, fix the pipelines back in position with proper/new gaskets and bolts properly tightned. Damaged pipelines shall be replaced with spare pipelines. Service the pipelines without any leak. Dismantling and refixing of valves / control valves in the lines to cleared of chocking is under the scope of this contract.

Work Involves: Collection of required tools and tackles from workshop / tool crib. Make arrangements for dismantling the pipelines including scaffolding arrangement. Choked pipelines and fittings, such as the suction and discharge lines of cooler and dryer scrubber pumps, inner and outer ring header lines, and nozzles for cooler and dryer scrubbers etc., must be dismantled from their respective positions. Dismantling work should only commence after obtaining process clearance. Before dismantling the lines, ensure that each line is properly marked for easy reassembling the lines. After dismantling the lines, take them to the ground level for cleaning. [Cleaning of the pipes shall be NOT in the scope of contractor].
