Providing and laying in position automatic batching plant mixed(RMC) M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete pavements, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface or screed vibrators, levelling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture including making provision for construction/expansion, contraction & longitudinal joints ( 3-4 mm wide x 50 mm deep and widened at top for sealent reservoir of size10-12 mmwide and 20 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved backer / back up rods, joint sealants etc. as per IRC 15:2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of MORTH specifications complete but excluding the cost of sealants, centering, shuttering and reinforcement to be separately, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge."(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum.)"

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position Bitumen sealing compound with grade A bitumen conforming to IS 1834 into sawed groove widened at top for sealant reservoir of specified size including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (approx. 25 % larger than the initial 3 to 4 mm joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet / air compressor and allowing the joint to become thoroughly dry before sealant is applied & application of sealant as per manufacturer's instructions.
