Dismantling and Transportation of Existing Front End plate of Combustion furnace,Air Duct,Unwanted structural & pipeline and Metal scrap to Scrapyard/earmarked area [For both the streams A & B]:- Required tools & tackles,Chain Pulley blocks and other materials shall be collected from Workshops/Tool crib for the safe dismantling of existing front end plate of the furnace and its accessories.After getting Clearance from Process Dept.,necessary arrangements of scaffolding shall be done with proper scaffolding pipes and clamps as per I S standard and as per the site condition.The exisitng burner unit shall be dismantled properly as per the instruction.After the removal of inside refractory lining of the furnace by Civil Dept.,the Front end plate of the furnace shall be removed by cutting / grinding, after providing temporary supports where ever neccessary. Removal of Refractory lining is NOT IN the scope of the contractor.
Cutting and removal of the exisiting Air Duct, unwanted Pipe line & structural shall also be done by the contractor in the same manner, after getting proper clearance and as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge.The dismantled units shall be transported to scrap yard after cutting the same into number of pieces for easy handling.The site shall be cleaned after the work. All the scrap materials to be removed from the site and shall be transported to scrap yard and deposited in the appropriate area earmarked.
Removal of unwanted structural/pipeline,if any,collection,transportation and loading/unloading of scrap material generated during the work/unused plates/pipe/strucutural etc to scrap yard/area earmarked and final site cleaning for acheiving the successful completion of the subject work of RLNG conversion of Dryer in NP Plant,shall be under the scope of the contractor.

[NP] for carrying out the Transportation and Erection of Burner Unit Assembly.After getting clearence,Burner Unit Assembly shall be transported from Stores Dept. to site,unloaded from trailer,lead to Dryer floor of NP plant.Transported Burner unit shall be bolted to the fabricated Front End Plate of Dryer Combustion Furnace as per M/s.FCS (P) LTD Drawing no.19-4163-02-A01 R4 dated 31.07.2020 and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.The entire unit shall be erected in the shell of Dryer combustion furnace after achieving correct centering,orientation and fit up of shell and burner unit (by tack welding).Necessary edge preparation with single/double bevel and proper grinding for acheiving this shall be done by the contractor on both side (shell end side and front end plate side).On getting clearance,Root weld of the joints and DP test shall be carried out.Defects found, if any, during testing shall be rectified as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.After inspection Full welding of the joint and chipping shall be carried out properly.Necessary structural stiffeners and Inspection door shall be welded on the plate and thus complete the work.

Two nos. Air Duct unit assembly to be Erected ( One for each stream) and approximate weight of one unit is 01 MT having length 15 m (approx.)

[NP] to the site for carrying out the fabrication and erection of CS/SS Pipe in connection with the subject work.Necessary fabrication and erection of pipe line works includes but not limited to the required modification works in existing RLNG line & RLNG skid assembly,establishing connection between existing RLNG line to Skid inlet,Instrument Air lines to Skid assemby, BMS Panel & Burner unit and Skid to BMS Panel,RLNG Pilot line to Burner unit from skid assembly,providing necessary vent lines,drain lines & spool pieces,modification/re-routing of exisiting pipelines etc. shall be done with necessary fittings and with out any leakage to suit the site condition & as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.Erection of the pipeline shall be carried out without any strain and the rework required if any, for achieving this shall be carried out by the contractor. Pipe size vary from 15NB to 150 NB.
