Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Supply fabrication and fixing of steel structures made with M.S.Hollow square / Rectangular sections of TATA/JINDAL of different sections with insert plates ,legs etc .and blinding the section ends with M S plates etc. at all heights with necessary welding, scaffolding and painting with two coats of zinc cromate yellow mettal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with all labour and material charge etc. complete

Supplying and fixing 4mm thick AC plain sheet for false ceiling work along with best quality Anjili wood beadings 40 x 16mm placed at 1.22M centres both ways nailed / screwed with required size screws, nails etc. complete including cost of all materials on the existing frame work at all levels..

Providing and fixing plain aluminium sheet of (0.71mm) or nearest available thickness to door shutters including cost of fixtures to the M.S. Hollow square / Rectangular sections frame etc .complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic Antiskid floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer),of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm excluding pointing the joints etc., complete.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying wall putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Cleaning and applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre on all surface.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade,having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.One coat

Supplying and fixing pure polyester powder coated coloured aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand/manufacturer including mitring the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors, walls and ceiling, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and wall/ceiling with plaster of paris, cost of timber packing if necessary, rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats, etc. complete as per standard practice for glazed doors, windows, side hung as well as sliding windows, ventilators, partitions etc. including all hinges, pivots, tower bolts, peg stays, fixtures, and pure polyester powder coated aluminium approved brand beadings, handles & approved locking system at all levels.(Payment will be given for the weight of aluminium sections only)

Supplying and fixing mosquito proof net using powder coated Aluminium frame with steel net (SS 316) to suit the existing window / Ventilator frames with suitable fixing arrangements as per instruction of Engineer- in -charge

Rendering male coolie inclusive of all charges of labour and hire for tools required for cleaning drains, collecting and dumping unwanted materials in low lying areas as directed and transporting bricks, cement etc. from stores, lifting to various heights, mixing mortars and castables, providing scaffolding or any other works as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge in all shifts including Sundays and Holidays .

Glazing steel and aluminium doors, windows and ventilators with plain glass panes and special metal sash putty of approved make, 3mm thick glass or nearest available.
