Installation of PLC input relay modules for NP- A stream. The scope of work includes verifying all existing field inputs, disconnection of existing relay modules wiring, replacing existing relay modules with new relay modules, terminating the existing wires properly, verifying all field inputs, Checking relay contact changeover by energizing the relay.

Installation of PLC output relay modules for NP- A stream. The scope of work includes verifying all existing field outputs, disconnection of existing relay modules wiring, replacing existing relay modules with new relay modules, terminating the existing wires properly, verifying all field outputs, Checking relay contact changeover by energizing the relay.

Installation and commissioning of PLC for NP- A stream. The scope of work includes disconnection of existing PLC (Siemens make S7-200 CN, CPU-EM 223 CN DC/DC) unit/auxiliary power supply/IO modules (64 IOs) and hand over the same to the technician in charge, fixing new PLC (Siemens make 1214C DC/DC/DC) CPU/ IO modules (SM1223-64 IOs), interlinking, connecting auxiliary power supply, connecting existing wires to digital IO modules, verifying the wiring, developing ladder logic as per requirement in latest version of TIA software, uploading the programs, checking all inputs and outputs, verifying running of the programs as per logic and requirement. Vendor can use the existing wires for IO wiring and auxiliary supply wiring. Vendor shall do any minor wiring changes required for the successful completion of the work. Supply of PLC, IO modules, SMPS, DIN rail channels, 1.5Sq.mm wire, cable lug are under the scope of FACT. Vendor shall share the fully developed program to FACT after successful completion of the work. PLC is used for controlling 8 numbers of induction motors running in interlock as per process requirement. Soft copy of the existing program developed in Siemens Step-7 software will be shared after awarding the work to the vendor. Vendor shall do minor modifications to the existing program if required for successful completion of the work. Sample program is attached as Annexure-1.

The scope of work includes making cut out in the interfacing panel suitable for HMI (KTP700 BASIC), fixing the HMI, developing HMI screens as per requirement in latest version of TIA software, establishing communication between PLC and HMI, uploading the programs to PLC/HMI, checking the functionality of HMI. Flow chart and example of the HMI screen requirement is attached as Annexure-2. Supply of HMI is under the scope of FACT. Vendor shall share the fully developed program to FACT after successful completion of the work.

Supply of RJ45 Ethernet cable of minimum length 2 meter for connecting the PC to PLC/HMI and PLC to HMI.

Supply of RJ45 to USB converter cable for connecting the PC to PLC/HMI and PLC to HMI.

Supply of latest version of TIA professional software with programming capability of unlimited number of PLCs and HMIs. The software can be installed in multiple PCs and shall have life time usage license.
