Activity includes fabrication and supply of LT chamber for Ammonia Condensor Vessel of K1401 : Length 34", 3" dia Sch 40, SS316 seamless pipe shall be used for the main body. The chamber shall be rated for 300#. One 2.5" # 600 flange with round grew for placing gasket shall be welded on the top of the chamber pipe. Two side flanges of 2" #300 RF shall be welded sidewise on the same plane on the chamber pipe at a distance of 24". One Flange of 1/2" #300 RF shall be welded at the bottom plate (thick min 1") with a distance of 2" from body. The drain pipe shall be 1/2" with SCH 40. All material used for fabrication of the Chamber shall be SS316 and to be supplied by Contractor. The Chamber shall be mounted on the field mate flanges. Gaskets and bolts for fixing chambers will be provided by FACT. Refer Dimensional drawing and existing sample for details.
