Reassembly and fixing back of Pump with motor The work involves: Collection of necessary tools and tackles.Collection of new and re conditioned / new spares from workshop.Transporting all the items to assembly yard.Setting the spares after cleaning,clearence correction,suiting keys,polishing of shafts,impellers,blue matching,barrels inspection,lock nut fixing,threaded coupling suiting,rubber bush sleeves clearence correction etc. are also to be carried out.Transportingitems including motor(if required) to the pump house and positioning.Maing necessary site arrangements for lifting,positioning/assembling of the pump in position.Assembling and erection of of pump with necessary shaft coupling,locking arrangements,inner/outer barrel pipes,cooling water system,transmission bearings etc.Assemling of bearings,lift setting etc.Lifting and positioning of motor and coupling.Transporting,lifting ,positioning the outlet spool pieces and cooling water lines etc.Leak rectification and commisioning.Site cleaning and transporting scrap to scrap yard.All the works are to be carried out as per the guidance from engineer in charge

Motor transporting Work involves collection of tools and tackles from plant area.De coupling the motor from pump,safely taing out and transporting to electrical workshop area.Collecting the spare motor from electrical wor shop and transporting to intake well pump house.Position the motor above the pump and couple the motor to the pump as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Valve replacement The work involves: Collection of necessary tools, tackles and spare valve from workshop.Transporting all the items to intake well pump house.After getting clearence form process dept. unscrew the bolts and remove the valve from position.Cleaning and servicing the gasket area fit the new valve with gaskets,spool pieces and tightenthe bolts.Service the line leakfree.Vlve size 400 NB.
