Providing, fabricating & erecting temporary supports to the structural members like beams, slabs etc. to relieve the load on the members during breaking of damaged concrete, removal guiniting, excavation or any dismantling work as per the instruction of engineer incharge/consultant. These supports shall be provided either in the form of props or trestles fabricated using structural steel(with horizontal and inclined mebers as bracing) as per the requirement or by load bearing jackey and as per the instruction of EIC/Consultant. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation & taking away scrap etc., complete as per specification and as directed by EIC (Payment will be made for area of beam/ slab supported by the system)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,including cost of cement

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture,With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing wallpaper made of a paper base with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in finishes such as matt, semi-gloss, or high-gloss. The wallpaper shall be durable, with high resistance to scratches, tearing, and abrasion. It is scrubbable, washable, and moisture-resistant. The material should have good light fastness to prevent fading and must meet applicable fire safety standards and installation shall be as per the manufacturer's recommendations. . The wallpaper should comply with ISO 9001 standards for quality management . Payment is based on the area covered, measured in square meters. The scope of work also includes labour for installation, tools and any fittings required for installation.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work all as per detailed specification noted in Special Conditions of work Clause No. 5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :12.5 mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Providing & laying glazed vitrified tiles(GVT) in size 600mmx600mm(thickness to be specified bymanufacturer),with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to I.S.15622, of approved make,in all colours & shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4,including grouting the joint of flooring tiles having joint of 3mm width using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardner and 0.20kg of resin per kg), including filling/grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing Picture Display Panel/ frame for displaying photographs of FACT made with BWP grade plywood with 1mm laminate (Merino, Green or equivalent approved brand) and shall be finished with boarder as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(size 600 x 900 mm Aprox)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilatorsand partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion and For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the costof EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Glazing the Aluminium frame work of windows with 3 mm or nearest thick plain glass panes and anodized Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors / windows / ventilators)
