Erection of High Voltage End termination kits (heat shrinkable type) complete with all accessories and materials suitable for 6.35kV/11kV Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated, armoured PVC sheathed, power cables 1Cx1000 sq mm required for termination at switchboard of the Client.

Supply of heat shrinkable type straight through joints on main run of 6.35kV/11kV, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, armoured, PVC outer sheathed cable 1Cx1000sq.mm power cables conforming to relevant standards etc. to the entire satisfaction of the owner. The scope shall include supply of required accessories and preparation of joints as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Installation, testing and commissioning of heat shrinkable type straight through joints on main run of 6.35kV/11kV, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, armoured, PVC outer sheathed cable 1Cx1000sq.mm power cables conforming to relevant standards etc. to the entire satisfaction of the owner.

Supply and fabrication of structural steel items as per drawings enclosed forracks, risers and tray supports, pedestals, supports for other equipment, etc. as required. The painting shall be with two coats of epoxy paint over 2 coats of suitable epoxy primer. The scope of work shall be as noted below. The supply scope shall include supply of MS steel sections of various sizes as required, MS insert plates and anchor fasteners as required for cable tray support in RCC cable trench, etc. For general supply requirement see Annexure. Supply of structural items, bolts, nuts, washers, cement, sand, etc. are also included in the scope of the work. The bolts, nut, washers shall be of hot dipped GI. Payment shall be made on the basis of measurement of dimensions of structural steel items actually installed multiplied by the unit weight applicable or various sections. The quantities indicated being of preliminary nature, contractor shall assess the actual site requirement and supply accordingly.

Erection, fixing, epoxy painting and handing over of structural steel items as per drawings enclosed for racks, risers and tray supports, pedestals, supports for other equipment, etc. as required. Fixing of MS insert plates and anchor fasteners as required for cable tray support in RCC cable trench shall also be included. The painting shall be with two coats of epoxy paint over 2 coats of suitable epoxy primer. The erection scope shall include transportation, handling at site, storage, inspection, safe custody, welding, cutting, making bolt holes, and painting with two coats of epoxy paint over 2 coats of suitable epoxy primer after cleaning with wire brush including supply of paint, etc. Chipping, cement grouting, re-plastering of walls, floors, ceilings, columns etc. of concrete or brickwork for supporting the structural items.

Supply of 750 mm wide size Pultruded ladder type GRP/FRP cable trays, with 4mm thick, 100mm side runner, 3000mm long, complete with bends, tray couplers and SS hardware viz bolts/nuts/washers, etc. as per drawings enclosed. The scope shall include supply of bends, tees, jointing plates, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. as required. The scope shall also include, supply of bolts, nuts, clamps, washers, etc. The bolts, nut, washers shall be of SS. However for measurement, no separate charges shall be applicable for required bends, Tees, jointing plate etc. Refer Annexure for general requirement.

Erection of 750mm wide size Pultruded ladder type GRP/FRP cable trays, with 4mm thick, 100mm side runner, 3000mm long, complete with bends, tray couplers and SS hardware viz bolts/nuts/washers, etc. as per drawings enclosed. The erection scope shall include transportation, handling at site, storage, inspection, safe custody, fixing to structural supports, jointing wherever required, etc. The GRP trays are to be laid over fabricated MS cable racks.

Supply of 450mm wide size Pultruded ladder type GRP/FRP cable trays, with 4mm thick, 100mm side runner, 3000mm long, complete with bends, tray couplers and SS hardware viz bolts/nuts/washers, etc. as per drawings enclosed. The scope shall include supply of bends, tees, jointing plates, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. as required. The scope shall also include, supply of bolts, nuts, clamps, washers, etc. The bolts, nut, washers shall be of SS. However for measurement, no separate charges shall be applicable for required bends, Tees, jointing plate etc. Refer Annexure for general requirement.

Removal of cables and debris from existing RCC cable trench of 50M length (approx.), 1M(W)x1M(D) near Thermal substation and rearrangement of remaining cables with in the trench as directed by Site incharge. The removed cables shall be stored safely at a location as directed by SIC. Safety permit shall be obtained from FACT - CD before carrying out the work. 650/1100V, Aluminium/Copper conductor PVC insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, armoured, PVC outer sheathed cable of Overall diameter 20mm to 30mm and 11/11kV, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (FR), round wire armoured Aluminium cable 3Cx300Sq.mm. Bidder shall visit the site before quoting.

Removal of cover slab of existing cable trench for cable laying, reinstallation and sealing of RCC cover slab over built up cable trench (with suitable sealing compound) after laying of cables.

Supply of 200mm NB (Hume pipe) for laying cables at road crossing. For other requirements refer Annexure.

Erection-installation, laying and fixing of 200mm NB (Hume pipe). The scope shall also include fabrication, jointing, etc. wherever applicable.The erection rate indicated shall be applicable also for pipes if any issued by FEDO/Owner. For other requirements refer Annexure.

Cutting and opening of road including Bitumen layers and soling for purpose of laying of cables/pipes and restoring the road to original finish, Including supply of all required material for the rework.

Construction of brick work (220mm thick wall) with cement plastering for cable protection chamber, cable joint inspection chamber etc. Scope of work include all required material.

Making wall openings in brickwall of depth 300mm or below for the purpose of laying cables, and replastering. The charges furnished shall cover supply of all required materials except cement. For other requirements see 1.0.0 of Annexure.

Supply and installation of 1:2:4 PCC, for cable tray supports, etc. The scope shall include supply of allmaterials like sand, stone,etc. The charges furnished shall cover supply of all materials required. For other requirements see Annexure.

Chipping of concreted area/concrete slab, etc for, laying cables or pipes and rebuilding the chipped area to original condition. The scope shall include supply of all materials necessary for rebuilding. The charges furnished here shall cover all items applicable including supply of materials. For other requirements see 1.1.0 of Annexure.

Labour rates for Helper with tools on 8 hour (normal day time) shift basis for attending any work as directed by site in charge/owner during execution of the contract. The charges shall include supervision and supply of consumables such as insulation tapes, ferrule etc.

Labour rates for Electrician with tools on 8 hour (normal day time) shift basis for attending any work as directed by site in charge/owner during execution of the contract. The charges shall include supervision and supply of consumables such as insulation tapes, ferrule etc.
