Liaison works with KSEBL including submission of application for converting Single phase to Three phase in the proper format with signature of licensed contractor, arranging site visit of KSEBL officials for inspection if any, remitting of proper fees to KSEBL like meter charges.etc.. all are under the scope of Contractor (Application forms are duly signed by FACT officials where ever as applicable )

Open Pipe Point wiring with individual control for light / fan/ bell/ 6A modular plug sockets separately mounted for TV points, modular switches, using flexible copper cable of 1.5 sq.mm for control and 2.5 sq.mm for neutral connection through 20mm PVC conduit(ivory colour) using metal saddles with spacing not exceeding 50 cm, as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT engineer. The wiring shall be along beam/wall / column / ceiling, preparation and fixing of concealed modular switch boards, switches, cover plates,dummy plates etc, fixing ceiling roses on suitable junction boxes, modular Step type regulators for fans, drawing earth wires of 1.0 sq.mm flexible copper cable of green colour pvc for metal body earthing , connecting, testing and commissioning. For a point wiring, pipe length greater than 10 metres shall be considered as one and a half point and 6A plug points shall be considered as half point wiring. All the materials required for wiring such as, copper flexible cable, Metalic Modular switch boards, switches cover plate, dummy plates, PVC box for fixing ceiling rose, PVC Junction boxes(2/3/4 way),Step type regulators etc. shall be in the scope of contractor.

Open pvc conduit wiring with individual control for 16A power sockets. All the materials required for wiring like modular switch boards, switches, cover plates,dummy plates,Junction boxes etc, 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wires for P&N,drawing earth wires of 1.5sq.mm flexible copper cable of green colour pvc for body earthing of metal clad items, connecting, testing and commissioning. For a point wiring, if pipe length greater than 10 metres shall be considered as one and a half point. ( If additional power sockets required in same switch board that shall be considered as half point.)

Supply, fixing and service of 20W LED tube fittings/calling bells/18W LED round or square recessed /surface mounted with required clamps/ fastners. (LED fittings shall be of Philips /Luker/ Havells make)

Assembling, Installation and service of ceiling fans in the existing hooks with required additional hooks/ fastners as the case may be. Ceiling fans will be supplied by FACT.

Excavation of new cable trenches in ordinary soil for laying cable and refilling the trench . All the materials such as brick, sand etc. if required, will be issued by FACT.

Laying of armoured cables of 3/5 core x 2.5sq.mm through excavated trenches or pipes/clamping on walls/cable trays.

Supply of 100W, 90 lumens /watt (minimum) LED white flood light luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP 66, protection suitable for fixing high mast/tower with all related accessories. Acceptable make- Bajaj BJFL 100W or equivalent type of Crompton greaves /Philips /Havells.

Supply of maintenance free copper bonded earthing system approved by Kerala state Electrical Inspectorate, comprising of 3 m long, dia. not less than 17 mm,earth electrode of low carbon steel with 250 micron copper bonding on outer surface with associated items like environment friendly carbon based back fill compound, hardware, clamps, binding wires, connection lugs, anti corrosive paint, bitumen etc. as required .

Erection of earth electrodes in the following locations 1. At traffic office Kalamassery 2. S-2 and S-9 Quarters in Township : earth cable laying, clamping, connection and commissioning of maintenance free copper bonded earthing system of DB - 2 runs of 1x 16 sq. mm Aluminium PVC cable, at the location within 10 M. All accessories required to complete the work like earth clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, cement, sand, brick etc. shall be under the scope of contractor .The earth electrode/ cable/ GI strip required are supplied by FACT.
