Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 1 Ton (TR) Inverter Split Air Conditioners (2025 model), ensuring a minimum energy efficiency rating of 5 Stars by BEE. These air conditioners must have an Integrated Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of at least 5. The scope of work includes the provision of copper piping (as per the guage specified by the OEM), insulated to achieve optimal thermal efficiency, and communication cables, which are provided up to a maximum length of 3 meters from the unit (extra length shall be billed separately as per the item mentioned in this BOQ), ensuring a smooth installation and operational process.
