Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a video and talk back system for two lifts and a security point at the Bhavani Building entrance. The system includes three 7-inch monitors with a screen resolution of 1024 x 600, inbuilt storage for images and videos (minimum 8GB), and expandable up to 32GB. The system comprises four IP Door Stations and four Indoor Monitors featuring auto IR illumination, D/NCard/app remote/indoor monitor unlock, support for two-way voice calls, calls between door stations and app, support for 10,000 cards, tamper alarm, standard PoE power supply, and control for two locks. The work includes the supply and installation of 5 PORT GIGA POE SWITCH, CAT6 UTP cables supporting Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Base-T) standard, operating at a bandwidth up to 250 MHz (brands: Dlink, Commscope, Panduit), and special flat type lift cables for cabling inside the lift. This also includes all necessary cable work, laying, termination, programming, and commissioning to achieve the desired output between the calling point and monitor. The system also includes four doorbells to ensure visual communication. The cabling must be routed through the perimeter of the walls to avoid any aesthetic issues. Fabrication, supply, and installation of wall paneling at Bhavani Lift lobby area at Ground floor and Food Court Floor. The Work must be carried out at the designated site according to the provided drawings. Bidders are required to use AHPL Single Side Wooden Colored LUVERS panels for this purpose. These panels must be 4mm thick and finished either in a teak wood look or another approved color as selected by Technopark. The panels must also have a PVDF coating to ensure suitability for both exterior and interior applications.The panels must be mounted onto a prefabricated aluminum framework. This framework should be constructed using aluminum box sections of at least 38mm x 25mm, with each section weighing a minimum of 1000-1200g per 12 feet, the standard length for these sections. The framework must be arranged to form a grid of the required size and securely anchored to the existing wall using appropriate clamps and Hilti/Fischer fasteners to ensure stability and proper alignment. Each AHPL panel must be precisely cut and shaped using a meter saw or suitable tool to achieve a smooth finish. Proper grooves must be formed in the inner layer of each panel to facilitate secure fixing. Depending on the specific conditions and requirements of the site, joints may be sealed using Saint-Gobain or an equivalent sealant, as approved by Technopark, to ensure durability and aesthetic integration. Alternatively, joints may be formed using adhesive or double-sided tape. During the installation, all panels must be covered with a protective film to protect the surface. This film should only be removed upon completion of all installation works to preserve the finish and appearance of the paneling. Wall Panelling above existing Granite Cladding: For the wall cladding extending above 2.1 meters from the floor level, the specifications for the AHPL material will remain consistent with those outlined for the lower sections, up to a height of 2.1 meters. This includes the use of AHPL Single Side Wooden Colored LUVERS panels with a thickness of 4mm and a PVDF coating, as determined by the TECHNOPARK. To accommodate the increased level difference above 2.1 meters, the thickness of the aluminum frame structure has to be adjusted to make the panel flush with the lower section and for stability. The frames should have a minimum of 25mm x 75mm size box sections, or more to the specific site conditions,to ensure AHPL cladding remains flush and aligned across the varying levels. This change in frame size is necessary to maintain a uniform appearance and structural integrity of the cladding as it extends upwards.
