The entire framework must be securely anchored to the existing wall using appropriate clamps and Hilti/Fischer fasteners to ensure stability and alignment. Each AHPL panel will be precisely cut and designed to size with a meter saw. Proper grooves must be formed in the inner layer of each panel to facilitate secure fixing. After installation, the panels should be sealed using Saint-Gobain or an equivalent sealant to ensure durability and aesthetic integration. Alternatively, joints may be formed using adhesive or double-sided tape, depending on the specific conditions and requirements of the site. Additionally, a protective film will cover the panels during the installation to protect the surface. Supply and Installation of back surface panel of the lift. The main structure involves fixing 18mm BWP plywood fully onto the back side of the lift. This plywood must serve as a stable support for a 49/50" LED screen, with careful measurements to maintain a gap that allows the TV screen's outer surface to be flush with the wall finishing.The necessary framed support has to be provided to cover the gap from the surface panelling so as to maintain flush-alignment with TV surface and wall finish.
