ABOVE GROUND PIPING: Supplying, laying, testing, and commissioning of Class 'C' heavy-duty GI pipes conforming to IS 1239 and IS 3589, including fittings such as elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts (galvanized), gaskets, etc. The cost shall include cutting, welding, and fixing in/on walls and ceilings using suitable types of supports, clamps, anchor fasteners, and MS angle supports as per site conditions. The MS supports should be able to withstand the working pressure of the system and effectively arrest vibrations in the piping system. The contractor should select a suitable MS section capable of withstanding the working pressure, self-weight, and vibrations. The MS supports and the installation of pipelines should be provided as per the support spacing guidelines mentioned in NFPA 13 and IS 15105. The quoted rate shall include the cost of chasing and chipping walls, creating bores or core cuts in walls, slabs, and beams, and restoring them with plastering upon completion. The quoted rate should also cover providing appropriately sized pipe sleeves, sealing them with glass wool and fire sealant, and finishing with filler material and cement mortar wherever necessary. The cost should also include painting the exposed GI pipes with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of an approved color/shade by Technopark. Make: Tata/Jindal

Conduct radiographic testing on 10% of total underground welded joints to verify weld integrity and compliance with ASME Section V, ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8, API 1104, ISO 17636, and ASTM E94/E142. Testing shall be performed using X-ray or Gamma-ray based on pipe material and thickness, ensuring image quality with IQI as per ASME Section V, Article 2. Evaluation and acceptance criteria shall follow API 1104 and ASME B31.3. Detailed RT reports shall be provided, including interpretation results. Defective welds shall be repaired and re-examined as required
