The Dismantling, shifting and commissioning of the 500 kVA Generator Sets(include alternator diesel engine, radiator etc with all accesories) from existing location to the newly constructed site near the Gayarti substation involves lifting by mechanical means and refixing of the existing Engine, Alternator and Radiator, along with the DG auto control panel, Battery with battery stand, and related accessories etc. Both the engine and alternator will be mounted on the existing base frame made of MS channel, including the required nut, bolts, plates, channels, angles, and other accessories as per the specified requirements. Proper rectification works, civil works (excluding DG foundation), along with all other necessary tasks for the engine, alternator, and radiator, confirming to all the IS/IES/Manufactural standards, site conditions and adhering to the instructions provided by Technopark.
