Fixing wind ties with 32 x 6mm M.S. flat to the end of roof including charges for cutting, drilling, hoisting and fixing with bolts, nuts, washers, and bitumen washers applying a coat of metal primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper. All works are including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Galvalume sheets ( Supply of Pre painted Alu- Zinc alloy coated steel sheets -55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.6% Silicons and not less than 0.5mm thick-PPGL, 150 GSM). Sheet should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws with corrosion resistant (SDS of brand Patta) of size 5.5 x 55mm with EPDM seal at top of corrugation complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces,including providing necessary overlap not less than 200mm at end 1 1/2 corrugation at side excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and providing ridges including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of engineer in charge, the ridge will be paid separately.The rate inclusive of covering of existing stocks inside godown from falling of dust and covering of roof from raining with tarpauline sheet during the execution of work also the cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.The contractor shall submit the manufacturers test certificates of the roofing sheet before commencing the work and also required to conduct the test on the randomly selected sample from the site by the Engineer-in -Charge to ensure the minimum thickness.

Providing and fixing Polycarbonate sheet (2 mm thick). Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrones minimum to avoid scartches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc complete

Providing ridges or hips width 120 cm overall width plain Galvalume sheet of 0.50 mm thick and minimum overlap of 40cm. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, and bitumen washers complete.The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.

Providing silicon compound covering to G.I. bolts over roof including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing welded mesh 25 x 25mm square 12 guage including cost and conveyance of all materials required and all labour charges etc. complete

Engaging masons for patch work. The payment may be released only against the actual labours engaged.

Engaging Helpers for masonary work for patch work of godown. The payment may be released only against the actual labours engaged.
