The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed at least 3 projects with a contract value of not less than Rs 80 lakh for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last financial years. Additionally, the bidder must have at least 7 years of past experience in the same or similar service. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is Rs 59,856,189. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover of 500 Lakh (s) for 3 years. Valid proof for fulfilling the experience criteria includes documents such as a contract copy along with invoices, execution certificates, or other supporting documents.
