The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed at least one similar work, such as maple wood flooring for sports, general civil & electrical works, costing more than 80% of the Probable Amount of Contract (PAC) during the last seven years as a prime contractor. Alternatively, the bidder can also meet this requirement by having successfully completed: - two similar works, each costing more than 60% of the PAC, during the last seven years as a prime contractor, or - three similar works, each costing more than 40% of the PAC, during the last seven years as a prime contractor. The bidder should also have previous experience in installation of FIBA approved maple wood flooring, with at least two FIBA approved maple wood flooring of area not less than 300 sqm in India with the proposed product/brand during the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have average annual financial turnover of 30% of PAC on similar work during the last three years ending 31st March 2024. The bidder is required to provide information on the annual value of construction works undertaken for each of the last five years and the current year. The bidder should also provide a report on their financial standing, including audited profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the past five years. The bidder's experience should include a summary of the company's experience in the neighborhood work and/or neighboring states, and information about relevant works completed over the last five years. The bidder should also provide information about all works in progress, including name of work, client, agreement number, estimated cost, contract price, date of start, amount towards work completed, and probable date of completion. The value of completed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last day of submission of the bid. The bidder should have completed works of similar size, nature, and complexity, but specific values and percentages are not mentioned in some cases.
