5.3.2.a : Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.br For Grading II - (19 mm nominal size)br

5.6.2.a : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading - II (13.2 mm Nominal Size)br

od74518/2022_2023 : SKF_OD 5/2022-2023 Supply of full PUR , World Athletics ( former IAAF) approved Synthetic Track Surfacing system in accordance with World Athletics standard suitable for conducting World Athletics approved international Athletic events. Total thickness of the synthetic track surfacing system shall be 14 to 15mm comprising 9.4 to 10.0 mm force reduction layer comprising 4.7mm Bottom Layer made with Black SBR granules embedded in PUR coating ,4.7mm Middle Layer(s): Black SBR granules embedded in PUR coating and final resilient wearing layer of granular texture, red-brown. Full PUR coating with EPDM granules embedded 5.0 mm. In high stress areas thickness should be as per World Athletics requirement. Laying and installation according to World Athletics specifications and approved methodology and drawings including provisions of installation of sleeves for throwing events, inlay equipment for pole vault, long & triple jump and steeple chase. This rate also include lane marking.
