Transportation of released rails, ISMB, sleeper, cut blocks etc. from the site of work to the depot of SSE / P.way / AWY,ERS & KTYM including stacking the same at suitable locations not to infringe the running vehicles with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading, crossing the track where ever required etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge of of the work . All labour, tools and plants, equipments, vehicle, consumables etc. by the contractor . ( Dip lorry will be supplied free of cost if required subjected to the availability of line block.)

Transportation of steel cribs from any where in TVC Division to the site of work 4 including stacking the same at suitable locations not to infringe the running vehicles with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading, crossing the track where ever required etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge of of the work. All labor, tools & plants, equipments, vehicle, consumables etc. By the contractor. (Dip lorry will be supplied free of cost if required subjected to the availability of line block.)

All labor, tools and plants, equipment, vehicle, consumables etc. by the contractor .

Erecting temporary staging arrangements erected for propping the jack of ART crane 6 close to bridge span using railway crib, released rails, ISMB, wooden sleepers / block etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor, tools and plants, lead & lifts, wooden blocks,10 mm sheet, consumables including necessary earth work / boulder packing / sand bag laying etc. for levelling the ground, crossing the track where ever required etc. complete by the contractor.

Dismantling Ty. staging arrangements erected for propping the jack of ART crane close 7 to bridge span duly releasing railway cribs, released rails, ISMB, wooden sleepers / block etc. and leading to the nearest Yard / road access and keeping the same clear of infringement duly loading and unloading as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor, lead & lift, equipment, tools and plants, consumables , crossing the track if required etc. complete by the contractor

Erecting temporary staging arrangements of required size for casting 9.15 m span bridge slabs at suitable locations near the bridge site /casting yard using Railways cribs , rails ,ISMB 8 etc . As directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor, tools and plants, lead and lifts , wooden blocks, 10 mm sheets, consumables including necessary earth work / bolder packing / sand bag laying etc . The leveling the ground , crossing the track where ever required, dismantling and stacking the staging after work completion etc. complete by the contractor. ( span consists of 2 PSC slabs & 2 RCC retainers.)

Casting of pre cast PSC bridge slabs in M - 45 grade of 9.15 m span as per RDSO plan No. B-10272/R over the casting platform/staging at nearest yard of work site and as per specification for PSC work laid down in IRS Concrete Bridge Code as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work . All labour, materials including cement and steel , machineries, tools and plants , steel shuttering, MS 9 plates over staging, sheeting for cable duct, stressing cables as well as measuring equipments , consumables , lead and lifts , loading and unloading, crossing the track etc. Complete by the contractor. (Reinforcement used for PSC work should be treated with cement polymer coating as per specification of CECRI/ Karaikudi and with chemicals from approved firms of CECRI. Casting including CC wearing coat and protective coat with coal tar. PSC slabs should be tested for water permeability test on PSC work as per specification & furnishing the result etc. by the contractor. Span consists of 2 slabs. ( 70 % payment only given after casting & balance 30 % after erecting )

Casting of precast RCC ballast retainers in M-35 grade of bridge 9.15 m span as per RDSO plan No.B -10272 / R at nearest yard of work site over the casting platform and as per 10 specification of pre cast concrete works laid down in IRS concrete bridge Code and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labour, materials including cement and steel, steel shuttering, MS plates over staging, machineries, equipments, tools and plants , consumables , lead and lifts, loading and unloading , crossing the track etc. complete by the contractor . span consists of 2 RCC Retainers. (70 % payment only given after casting and balance 30 % after erecting )

Supply Ready Mixed Concrete ( RMC ) M 35 and Pre Casting of RCC through bed blocks as per approved plan to the required size using contractor's steel shuttering, compaction using vibrators, curing etc. as per plan and specification including erecting in position as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labour, materials including cement, steel rods, equipment , lead and lifts, tools & plants, consumables etc . Complete by the contractor. (70 % Payment only given after casting and balance 30 % after erecting )

Dismantling / Demolishing existing concrete or masonry where ever required to 12 accommodate bridge slabs including clearing the debris away from Railway limit as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor , lead and lifts, equipments , tools and plants, consumables, crossing the track if required etc. complete by the contractor. ( The work is to be carried out under traffic conditions with out any hindrance to traffic . )

Trucking out Pre cast PSC slabs during day / night from the casting site to bridge location under line block duly loading in to diplorry, unloading and keeping the same over a pre 13 erected staging using Railways cribs, cut blocks etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor, tools and plants, lead and lifts, equipment , JCB, Hydra, consumables etc . by the contractor (Necessary Line block will be arranged by Railways during day/ night. Dip lorry of required capacity, cribs, cut blocks etc. will be supplied by Railways free of cost. Proper lighting to be arranged by the agency depending on the line block time for which no separate payment will be made. 2 PSC slab / span )

Trucking out pre cast RCC Retainer during day / night from the casting site to bridge location under line block duly loading in to dip lorry, unloading and keeping the same over a pre 14 erected staging using Railways cribs, cut blocks etc.as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor, tools and plants, lead and lifts, equipment , JCB, Hydra, consumables etc . by the contractor. (Necessary Line block will be arranged by Railways during day/ night. Dip lorry of required capacity, cribs, cut blocks etc. will be supplied by Railways free of cost. Proper lighting to be arranged by the agency depending on the line block time for which no separate payment will be made. 2 RCC Retainers / span )

Providing and constructing Temporary Earthen Island / coffer dam of required height & width in canal bed for jacketing of pier/ abutment by driving wooden piles, wooden bellies and 15 dumping earth / sand bags etc. including provision of bailing and pumping, as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labour , tools and plants , loading and unloading, lead and lifts, consumables, crossing the track where ever required etc. complete by the contractor. (Coffer dam size should be adequate leaving sufficient working space).

Dismantling the temporary earthen island / coffer dam constructed at canal bed after 16 completion of work and clearing of waterway to the pre-existing condition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials of coffer dam away from railway limit as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labour , tools and plants , loading and unloading, lead and lifts, consumables, crossing the track where ever required etc . complete by the contractor.

Protective coating of PSC slabs of bridges by means of epoxy painting with primer 17 coat, intermediate coat and top coat of IPN coating / CECRI integrated four cout system after surface preparation with contractor's material, paints, scaffolding, epoxy putty, high skilled labours, tools and plants, machineries, vehicles etc. and direced by the Engineer in charge of the work .

Protective coating of Substructure of bridges by means of epoxy coal tar paint like 18 SIKA Inertol Epoxitar or equivalent in two coats after surface preparation with contractor's material, paints, scaffolding, epoxy putty, high skilled labours, tools and plants, machineries, vehicles etc. And directed by the Engineer in charge of the work .

Trucking out the released girders under line block to the nearest yard / road approach 19 and keeping clear of infringement on the pre erected staging duly loading and unloading as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. All labor , lead & lifts , equipments , tools and plants , consumables , crossing the track if required etc. complete by the contractor. (Necessary CC cribs , wooden sleepers / cut blocks , dip lorry will be supplied by Railways )

Supply, Providing and fixing GRP Walk way Refugee Platform on the out side of Ballast retainer slab of existing Bridges including Supply and fixing of GRP platform structure connecting trolly refugees, with mounting brackets to bridge proper at 1500 mm c/c distance using SS 316 anchor fasteners duly drilling the bridge structure in the sides, with out affecting its design considerations, and through weep holes and additional holes by removing the ballast under traffic 20 conditions during day or night as per the availability of traffic block and providing steel bolts of approved size as per drawing through the weep holes and additional holes provided in the bridge with stainless steel plates on both sides of the weep holes and fixing the GRP Hand rails with the mounting brackets provided, Laying the GRP Walk way over the frame in the specific arrangements provided and fixing the same to the frame with suitable locking arrangements/brackets etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work . The rate quoted is including all costs for lighting , scaffolding , temporary platform arrangements for the safety of workers/ supervisors , cost of drilling , cost of SS bolts & nuts of approved diameter, length etc. and cleaning , laying net covering the span in work , to act as a catch for accidently falling labor, boat arrangements in lake area for the rescue if any required, hire charges for power supply arrangements required for the site, leading of materials from factory to site of work and leading the same to work spot etc. complete . The material supplied should confirm the specification mentioned in Drawing No. EC / PL / 16 / 10 / 1743 GA

Supply and using Cement at Worksite Ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade of approved brands/makes

Supply of steel reinforcement of approved brands/makes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of approved brands/makes.
