ELECTRICAL

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 6Mtr height decorative pole, made of mild steel/steel tube complied with IS1161/IS 3601, minimum thickness of 3mm.The pole shall have two sections, lower section of dia 140mm and length of 1mtr, upper section length of 5mtr and dia 76mm. The Pole Shaft should be fabricated out of Steel tube of grade YST 240. Structurally designed base plate of Steel A36/A572-50 or equivalent should be welded with the pole shaft. The complete structure shall be hot dip galvanized through 7 stage process and single dip process as per ASTM A123 and minimum average coating shall not be less than 65 microns before treating with primer. After galvanization structure shall be treated with two coats of high-quality primer and thereafter coated with Polyurethane paint (Marine grade paint) to minimum average DFT of 100 microns (GI micron and PU Paint micron test report shall submit). The Pole shall of construction designed to withstand basic wind speed of 169kmph. The complete structure should be hot dip galvanized and marine grade treated. WITH, Supply installation testing and commissioning of of Hot Dip Galvanized single side decorative bracket having scroll with vertical height of 1M and overhang of 600mm tightened to the pole top with stainless steel grub screws to mount the luminaries. The complete system shall be hot dip galvanized.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Led suspended Post top Luminaire having power consumption not more than 66W and light output not leaa than 7800 Lumens with System efficacy 120 consumption Lumen/Watt. Housing Shall be made up from pressure die cast aluminium with brpolycarbonate diffuser. The luminaire must be aving ip65 Protection with IK08 br mechanical strength The Luminaire should be having minimum 50000 Burning br hours(L70B50) with CRI 70, SDCM5, and Co-related color temperature (CCT) of 3000K. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 br Hrs, should have an auto shutdown 325V and have an auto recovery feature, under voltage protection with Input Voltage Stress of 100V for 48Hrs. The Luminaire should have a 10KV SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 20 KV rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three br modes as per IEEE 62.41.2 The Drivers should be a potted driver not a printed circuit board without casing, mounted inside the luminaire with PF0.95 and THD10%. Luminaire and driver shall be seperately BIS approved of same make equivalent to Philips BSS461LED78 WW 110-277V CLASS or Techno - Commercially euivalent approved by engineer in- charge
