Supply & laying of DWC pipe in ordinary soil 0.75m below ground level including excavation 110/94 mm or nearest size

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required. 3.5 core 95 sq mm

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required. 3.5 core 95 sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3 1/2X 95 sq. mm (45mm)

EARTHING

Providing maintenance free Earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3m length, having a diameter of 16mm with copper coating thickness of 254 microns with fault current withstand capability of 13KA rms value for 1second and Ipeak of 31KA. Universal Clamp (1425RTC) made of SS304 for clamping. Earth enhancing compound is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to subsoil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2Ωm. It should be free from hazardous substances The mineral compound is required to have 25kg/pit of the total composite. Polypropylene & Polyethylene (UFE) Earth electrode inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the Earth Rod. The dimension shall be 300mmx300mm with a weight bearing capacity of 5000KG.

Supply and clamping the following size of strips on surface of wall/ parapet/ existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 X 3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m, making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required ( for horizontal run) 25 x 3 mm copper strip

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required 4.75 mm copper conductor (6 SWG)

Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required. 4.75 mm (6 SWG)

Supply and installation of 30cm copper Earth Bench including connections as required.

Supply, installation, testing at MTSL and commissioning of 1nos of three phase LT TOD CT METER, 4nos of 125/5A Ctsand giving all necessary connections.

LIASONING

Obtaining power allocation & power connection from KSEB etc. for commisiong of the whole installation in the premises.
