Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Solar LED Street Lighting with luminaire of IP66 protected, pressure die cast aluminium housing body with optimal heat sink, with system wattage less than 40 (+/-10)W with rated life of L70 @ 50,000 hours, CRI greater than or equal to 70 & with system lumens greater than 4500 and system efficiency greater than or equal to 90%.The Light fitting shall be with all required accessories suitable for mounting in (48-60)mm OD pole arm surface mounting along with swaged street light pole of 6.5 meter height single arm. The hot dip GI pole with polyurethene coating shall be provided with foundation base plate and the bracket assembly shall be secured on to the pole top . The swaged pole with bracket,built-in cylindrical GI control box of same material with service door coated with epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished with polyurethane based paint. The control gear box is prewired with DP MCB, FP connector for easy loop-in loop-out suitable for 3phase 4 wire AC supply. Solar PV module shall be of 200Wp DC rating along with Li ion battery of 12v, 200Ah capacity and suitable charge controller, cables and accesories.

Earthing with C.I. earth pipe 4 metre long, 100 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with heavy duty CI cover plate of 300X300mm having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with 64kg charcoal/ coke and 5kg salt as required. (As per IS 3043 ammended up to date)

PART B BRIDGE Design and constructionof road over bridge with Pre-stressed concrete I girder with RCC slab or prestressed box girder or similar type as per the scope of work provided in special conditions of contract (Section-VII) technical specifications (Section-VIII Part B) and General Alignment Drawings including design charges, cost of all materials including pontoons, labour, tools and plants etc. complete. The lumpsum rate quoted for the above will cover pile foundations, MS liners for piles (wherever required), routine vertical pile load test for one pile , sub-structure, super-structure, deck slab, bearings, strip seal type expansion joint, embankment with suitable retaining structure and subgrade, foot path, hand rail, crash barrier, provision for service lines, provision for bridge drainage, painting of RCC surfaces with Elastomeric membrane coating, levelling surplus earth, clearing site, etc.. (Pavement construction excluding subgrade and drainage will be paid under respective items. Sub grade on approach of ROB, casting of test pile, initial load test on test pile, routine vetical pile load test and span load test are included in the Lumpsum portion). Beams/girders and deck slab shall be intergrally connected to the pier and pier cap by avoiding expansion joints. The loading for the above reqyurements shall be properly considered as per the relevant Indian Codes of practice. However, at approcah embankment and railway spans, strip seal expansion joints shall be provided.
