PART-A, HT EQUIPMENTS, 315 KVA 11kV Packaged Substation Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Packaged (Unitized) Substation enclosure with Ring Main Unit as per KSEB Norms and, 315 kVA,11kV/433V 3 Ph, 50 Hz, vector Dyn -11, dry type, Transformer with IP23enclosure, winding temperature alarm and trip on transformer compartment and LV chamber suitable for termination of cable, complete with all standard fittings and accessories etc including necessary louvers and as per specifications attached in all respects as required. It shall includes all necessary control cabling for alarm, tripping & indication, all internal cabling as required. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, lead, lift, necessary civil works for RCC foundation etc. complete as per single line diagram & technical specification. HT Compartment -11kV, 630A,21 KA for 3 seconds, 3Phase, 50Hz, SF6 insulated RMU comprising of 2 Nos Load Break Switch and one No. Vacuum Circuit breaker module with vaccum circuit breaker , three position isolator / earthing switch, bus bars, interlocking earth bar and stored spring energy mechanism. 630 Amp continously rated Cu busbar Self powered microprocessor based three over current and one earthfault relay with protection CT's - 1 set Battery and battery charger - 1 set Provision for padlocking for open, close, earth and test position Transformer Compartment - 315 kVA, 11kV/433V 3 Ph, 50Hz, dry type, vector Dyn -11 Transformer, copper wound, Class F insulation,distribution Transformer with forced ventilation. Losses shall be as per ECBC guidlines. The transformer shall have Delta on HV side and Star on LV side with off load tap changer range: + 5% to -10% in steps of 2.5%. The transformer shall have suitable enclosure for providing neutral CT of 500/5A 15VA 5P10 on earthed star point with connector for connection Earth Fault relay in HT/LT panel. LT Chamber -500 A FP Moulded Case Circuit Breaker with thermal release and neutral link (Ics =100%Icu= 25KA).- 1nos. Din type HRC fuse unit, neutral link etc. - 1No., 4A, C curve SP MCB - 3 nos., RYB indication lamp, LED type - 3 nos, (0-500)V voltmeter, Acc. class 1 with 90 deg defl. scale - 1 no., (0-500)A ammeter Acc. class 1 with 90, deg defl. scale - 3 nos, 6A 3 pole voltmeter selector switch - 1 no., 500/5A 5VA class 1 resin cast CT - 1 set, 500A TPN busbar chamber with Aluminium busbar.
