The hot dip GI pole with polyurethene coating shall be provided with foundation base plate and the bracket assembly shall be secured on to the pole top . The swaged pole with bracket,built-in cylindrical GI control box of same material with service door coated with epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished with polyurethane based paint. The control gear box is prewired with DP MCB, FP connector for easy loop-in loop-out suitable for 3phase 4 wire AC supply. Solar PV module shall be of 200Wp DC rating along with Li ion battery of 12v, 200Ah capacity and suitable charge controller, cables and accesories.

PART B - BRIDGE Design and construction of bridge with pre-stressed concrete I girder with RCC slab or prestressed box girder or similar type as per the scope of work provided in special conditions of contract (Section-VII), technical specifications (Section-VIII Part B) and General Alignment Drawings including design charges, cost of all materials including temporary works, labour, tools and plants etc. complete. The lumpsum rate quoted for the above will cover pile foundations, MS liners for piles, sub-structure, super-structure, deck slab, bearings, strip seal type expansion joint, embankment with suitable retaining structure and subgrade, foot path, hand rail, crash barrier, provision for service lines, provision for bridge drainage, profile correction, painting of RCC surfaces with Elastomeric membrane coating, levelling surplus earth, casting of test piles, initial load test on test piles and routine vetical pile load test, cleaning site after completion etc. The girders shall be precast and launched to position. Temporary shuttering shall be avoided to facilitate the casting of deck slab. However, suitable temporary/permanent arrangement shall be provided for overhanging portion of deck slab on either sides. Beams/girders and deck slab shall be integrally connected to the Pier and Pier cap by avoiding expansion joints. The loading for the above requirement shall be properly considered as per the relevant Indian codes of practice. However at approch embankment and railway span, strip seal expansion joints shall be provided. The rate shall inclusive of design charges for all other structural members like staircase, cross drainage structures, drains etc. BUT EXCLUDING cost of construction of superstructure of two railway adjacent span, road work above subgrade, drain and staircase
