Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system comprises of moleculary bonded copper of 99.90% purity on low carbon steel of 1250mm length and 14.20mm dia, copper bonding of minimum 100 microns, high resistance to corrosion, and high tensile stregth, copper bonded low carbon steel electrode complies to IS 3043 with connector having minimum 100 microns, 5.00 kg earth conductivity, enhancing mineral compound tested as per IEC 62561 - 7. Earthenhancing mineral mineral compund is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.20 ohm-metre. It should be free from hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 5 kg of the totalcomposite. The work also involves the construction of inspection chamber with a bed concrete of 1:4:8 PCC using 40mm broken stone (10mm thick), brick masonry and the exposed surfaces of PCC bed with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick ( the inside dimensionshall be 300 x 300 x 300 mm including test joint, and covering at top)
