OPERATION THEATER AIR HANDLING UNITS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sectionalised construction double skin blow thru type AIR HANDLING UNITS for Operation Theatres. AHUMotor shall be EFF-1 type suitable for 415±10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply with suitable VFD panel, VFD for air handeling units shall be designed for HVAC applications, with built-in PID controller, control panel (keypad & display) , IP 54 enclosure for use on standard centrifugal fans & suitable nos.of temperature sensor. The VFDs should not cause any deration of the connected motors and must ensure that class B temperature levels of the connected motors are never exceeded. The display should be in alpha-numeric characters and programming facility should be in user-friendly HVAC terminology. VFD’s shall have built in harmonic filters. VFD shall be installed externally and interconnecting wires to AHU control panel shall be included .Each VFD panel to be provided with digital display showing electrical parameters like voltage, current and power consumption. The PID CONTROLLER should control the pressure indepentent balancing valve also. The item should include all necessary cabling and other accessories as required and shall comprise of following sections:, Total static pressure is considered as 115 mm wg even though the actual static pressure to be considered. Filter Sections consisting of prefilter & microvee Filters Fan section with plug fan/Forward/Backward, motor and flexible connection. The supply fan shall be provided with variable frequency drive and input / output signal compatible to BMS system.8 Row Deep Cooling coil.Pan type Humidifire & strip heater for humidity control.Discharge plenum section. Volume control dampers of extruded aluminum construction in supply, return and exhaust air streams (sized for 100% volume of air). Maximum leakage rate from dampers shall be in accordance with AMCA standard 500 as indicated in Table 6.2.3.3.4 of ASHRAE standard 90.1-2010. Coil shall be selected for maximum air velocity of 500 ft/minute & face velocity across pre-filters at 500 ft/minute. The motor selected shall be energy efficient having efficiency (Class I) at full load ranging between 82.5% to 92% in accordance with motor rating as per specification. Fan motor assembly (as whole) shall be statically and dynamically balanced to prade G 6.3 as per ISO-1940 / AMCA 204-3. Motors shall have Variable Frequency Drive compatible with BAS. It shall be operated through 0-10V / 4-20 mA signal from BAS suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply. Vibration isolation shall be as per specifications and as shown on the drawings. The AHU shall be capable of delivering external static pressure of minimum 2.5 inch W.G for supply air stream fan and minimum 1.0 inch for exhaust air stream fan. The total static pressure required shall be calculated at the time of bidding. Internal motorized damper shall be provided for exhuast Air / Return Air and Fresh Air. These damper shall receive 0 - 10V / 4 - 20 mA signal from BAS. Complete equipment shall be designed to limit THDi to less than 5% The quoted price shall also include VCD, at outlet & inlet, duct flexible connection at outlet, inlet & exhaust, pressure differential indicator (Magneholic gauge) across Fine filters. Price shall also be inclusive of all components described above to make unit complete in all respects. Inner skin of panels & all parts which comes with air contact shall be 22 G anodised aluminium.
