SCOPE OF TURNKEY WORKS Civil and Interior works for Central monitoring Station –New building –Block-F

Fly Ash Bricks: Bricks shall have smooth rectangular faces with sharp and square corners. Bricks shall be hand or machine Moulded and shall be made from the admixture of suitable good quality of fly ash, sand and cement as per the composition mentioned below: FLY ASH: 50-60% SAND: 32-40%CEMENT: 8-12% The fly ash bricks will be as per latest relevant IS code. The bricks will be of dimension as per standard clay brick, suitable for making 230mm thick full brick wall, 115mm thick half brick wall and 75mm thick minor partition walls suitable for 2 Hrs. of fire rated property. A maximum tolerance of (+/-) 2mm shall be allowed as the manufacturing tolerance. The bricks shall have frog of 100 mm in length 40 mm in width and 10 to 20 mm deep of one of its flat sides. The compressive strength of the block is 3 N/mm2 and fire resistance is 2 hour as per standard specification. The thickness of joints shall not exceed 10 mm for wall. All the face joints shall be raked to a minimum depth of 15 mm by raking tool during the progress of brick work. The rate shall be including cost of mixing, scaffolding, reinforcement, lifting, raking of joints, curing and wastage etc. Bidder shall carryout necessary Vapour barrier treatment (Price should be quoted in INR with GST only)

Plastering: (Monitoring Room Wall Partition) The requirement of plaster work shall be to provide absolutely water tighten closure, dense, smooth and hard and devoid of any cracks on the interior or exterior. Masonry and concrete surfaces, which call for applications of plaster, shall be clean, damp and sufficiently rough and keyed to ensure proper bond, subject to the approval of the engineer in charge. Thermal Insulation (Approximate area 400 Sq. feet) Supply & fixing of thermal insulation to roof slab with 13mm thick, one side aluminum foil faced XLPE / Nitrile rubber of Armflex / Kflex adhered to base floor with manufacturer recommended adhesive. (Price should be quoted in INR with GST only)

Vitrified tiles (600x 600mm) for Monitoring Room – (Approximate area 400 Sq feet) – 12 mm thick (mirror polished) of approved quality and shade for Monitoring room flooring, with 4"skirting & wall in required position with readymade tile adhesive mortar of approved quality, including backing coat of cement mortar 1:3 (1: cement, 3: fine aggregate), joint filling with white slurry, cleaning, curing complete all as directed by the Engineer. The levelling of base floor to be included, laid in pattern in desired shade with adhesive 600 x 600 with pigmented additives to match shade of the stone, cleaning, cost to be inclusive of chemical treatment of approved AQUA SEALANT on surface etc complete as per directed (Price should be quoted in INR with GST only)

• Painting Works: Providing and applying Fire rated acrylic plastic emulsion paint of reputed make and shade to give an even shade over a primer coat as per manufacturers’ recommendations after applying painting putty to level and plumb and finishing with 2 coats of fire-retardant paint. Base coating shall be as per manufacturer’s recommendation for coverage of paint. For all vertical Plain surface. • Providing and laying POP punning over cement plaster in perfect line and level with thickness of 10 - 12 mm including making good chases, grooves, edge banding, scaffolding pockets etc (Price should be quoted in INR with GST only)

False ceiling • Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x 30x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having glavanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyster powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece (Price should be quoted in INR with GST only)

Monitoring room to be provided with 6 x 14W, LED type light fixture with all mounting accessories and switch control. . 10% of the regular lighting should be provided from UPS emergency lighting system.
