Experience in the construction of a Medical College with an attached Hospital or Hospital during the last 5 years on a turnkey basis, with marks allocation based on the cost: - >= Rs.700.00 cr and <= Rs.1000 cr: 05 Marks - >= Rs.500.00 cr and < Rs.700 cr: 03 Marks - < Rs.500.00 cr: 00 Marks 4. Average Annual Financial Turnover on construction work during the last 5 consecutive years, with marks allocation based on the turnover: - > Rs.500 Cr: 05 Marks - > Rs.250 Cr and <= Rs.500 Cr: 03 Marks - > Rs.50 Cr and <= Rs.250 Cr: 01 Marks - <= Rs.50 Cr: 00 Marks The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - One Similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two Similar work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Three Similar work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in Project Management Consultancy Services for Hospital, Education Institution/Industries, and the experience is considered "similar works" if it is complete in all respects. The bidder is also required to have experience in construction of Medical College with attached Hospital or Hospital during the last 5 years on a turnkey basis, with marks allocation based on the cost. Average Annual Financial Turnover and Average Annual Profit on construction work during the last 5 consecutive years are also considered, with marks allocation based on the turnover and profit. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last 5 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The bidder is required to provide details of works/projects executed during the last five years, including the name of the project, exact location, approved cost, and final cost. Specific values and percentages of similar works completed, such as amount and percentage, are mentioned as 80%, 50%, and 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for one, two, and three similar works respectively.
