The gang shall be inspecting the section covering a minimum of 17.5 kms in a week. Accordingly the number of teams shall be there. 2. The movement and attendance of the staff (25 working days in a month) shall be reported to the nominated PMC expert responsible for measuring the item on daily basis. Non - deployment of the above team for more than 20% of working days in a month will lead to forfeiting the monthly maintenance cost. 3. Maintenance cost will be paid on monthly basis based on the above system of working. 4. Contractor should be responsible for ensuring the measurement for every month. Failure to claim the measurement in a month cannot be entertained in the subsequent months.
