OD143955/2024-2025:1)Charges for General servicing the existing Dry Type 2 Nos 1000 KVA Megawin Make In door Transformer, General servicing of transformer including checking of general conditions. Connection verification and observance of noise and vibration. Checking of terminal connections and earthing connections for tightness. Visual inspection and to be done miner petty repair for corrective action. Checking of position of Tap Link/Switch and readjust if required. Check the insulation resistance and Recording of megger readings. 2) Repair and maintenance of 1 No I/C VCB and 2 Nos O/G VCB . Check for unusual internal noise provide corrective action. Checking of fuse and earthing mechanism. Servicing of operating mechanism and checking of shunt trip coil, seal off bushing & other components. Checking of alignment of moving and fixed contact and apply petroleum jelly . Checking of finger contact. General Servicing of VCB mechanism. Checking of Vacuum Bottle cleaning. Relubricate using standard grease all mechanical linkages inspect all breaker parts, remove all covers and arc extinguishing shields, inspect for damage wear and deterioration. Checking all Mechanical/Electrical ON/OFF operation , manual Spring operation , Rack in /Rack out operation , Interlock Check etc of Megawin make VCB .After servicing check the insulation resistance and micro-ohm meter test in the closed condition , detailed report to be provided before recharging.

Four output relays for Alarm (High), Trip (V High), Fan on/off (Fan) and to warn against sensor open or wrong sensor connection (Fault). Memorizes max temperature even after power fail conditions. Temperature indication range : 0 to 300 °C. Set point range : 1 to 300 °C. Supply Voltage : 90 - 270 VAC/DC. Outputs : Four relay contacts (one C/O contact for – Fault, Fan, High & V.High), One analog 4-20mA output .
