Trespa Top Lab Plus worktop is a solid laboratory bench panel to EN 438-4:2005 of thicknesses of 16mm greater for interior scientific surface solutions. Sheets consisting of layers of wood-based fibers (paper and/or wood) impregnated with thermosetting resins and surface layer(s) on one or both sides, having decorative colors. Test reports from the manufacturer will be provided. Under bench cabinet specification: Doors: Door will be fabricated of 19 gaugeElectro Galvanized Steel Sheet. Door will be double pan construction, with insulating material fastened to the inside for sound deadening, and strength, to prevent panning and between the metal and the coating. All exposed surfaces, including door head interiors, will be electro statically coated with a thermo setting laboratory grade powder coating. Doors will be readily removable and hinges easily replaceable. Door will be pre-treated with an iron phosphate multi-stage process that includes a final sealer and deionized water rinse.
