Code No. 16.117:-Supply and fixing of side hung window at all levels made out of unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame from approved make of natural colour with casement outer frame of size 56 x 48 x 30 mm , shutter frame 66 x 56 x 30 mm with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/- 0.3mm) and 5mm thick , clear glass . The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) with double gasket sealing and applying silicone sealants outside and acrylic sealent inside. The sections should be reinforced with GI sheet of 1.5mm thick with suitable drainage grouting including all necessary hardware fittings etc., all complete as per architectural drawings

Code No. 9.117.2:- Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance +_ 1mm ), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (+-0.2mm) , corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws , joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1mm (+-0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification - Extruded section profile size 42 x 50 mm

Code No. 9.120.2:- Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top , bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2) thick , 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side , and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C" Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete manufacturer's specification & drawing - 30mm thick pre laminated PVC door shutters
