OD80475/2024-2025:All includes general servicing maintenance&testing of entire Addressable Fire Alarm systems(Natural history Museum Tvpm) including repairs of all items of required including the following 58 nos Multi Sensor Detector 5 nos Heat Detector 2 nos Manual Call point 3 nosElecronic Hooter 2 nos Control Module 1 no Fire Alarm Control Panel 2 Loop and FRLS armoured cable 2C X 1.5 Sq.mm. The servicing shall be attended at least once in a two month and the break down calls shall be attended immediately on report.The maintenance also including working of F/D system from control panel,check each zone for short or open,healthy circuit,working of lamps,battery charging-ensure that it is on the trickle charging position,specific gravity of the electrolyte and its level,operation of all alarms/sounder in zonal control panel,talkback operation from both ends,operation of detectors by creating artificial heat/smoke at one place,operation of manual call point by removing the glass,proper installation of hooters,cleaning of detectors, one third of the detectors to be cleaned so that all detectors are cleaned once in every three months and Tightness of loose connections if any in main/zonal control panels.The Fire Alarm System shall be regularly and systemically examined and put to proper condition at all times during the period of contract

OD80483/2024-2025:Servicing and refilling of 4 KG ABC type fire Extinguisher : - Cleaning, painting/polishing the body of 4 KG ABC type fire Extinguisher with wax/metal polish, checking the discharge tube nozzle, external tube vent hole in the cap etc replacing the damaged parts if any, servicing and refilling Extinguishers with Mono ammonium phosphate including Nitrogen cartridge gas filling and making the same in full working condition.
