OD102479/2024-2025:Design and supply, installation and testing of football turf from FIFA preferred manufacturers, consisting of and satisfying the following specification. 1, monofilament of minimum pile height 50 mm , made of polyethylene, abrasion resistant and UV resistant, 2. shock absorbent and fungus resistant backing, with perforations including cost of installation for drainage, comprising of a primary backing and a secondary backing, made of woven and non woven polypropylene, to provide dimensional stability. It shall allow proper turfing of fibres, binding and seeming of turf rolls/panels as per standards, 3. infill with rubber granules(700gm/sq ft) and silica sand(3 kg/sq ft) as per manufactures recommendations. 4. The price shall be inclusive if all materials, all wastage and other incidentals or completion of work, unloading and staging of rolls, sewing of seems, infilling with appropriate dispensing, spreading and levelling equipment, brushing of fibres with all polyhydraulic controlled equipment, painting of white lines with approved synthetic turf paint complete.
