Code No. 27.25:-Providing and fixing 15mm thick false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reiforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texture , design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987 , Light refiectance of 85% minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part -4) , fire performance as per BS:476(part 6&7), humidity resistance of 100% , thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991 , in true horizontal level on the existing frame work consisting of T-sections and L sections suitably fixed according to tile size .

Code No. 26.7:-Designing , fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding , with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure 4 equalisation or rain screen principle as required , proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design b) Providing , fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick) . The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF /Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws , nuts , bolts , washers , cleats , weather silicone sealent , backer rods etc c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement , fasteners , SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316 , Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing . The item includes cost of all material & labour component , the cost of all mock ups at site , cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory , field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composites panel cladding , cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation . Base frame work for AC P. cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding , having all the performance characteristics all complete as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description , as specified, as per the approved shop drawings. However , for the purpose of payment , only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm.upto two decimal places

Code No. 14.1.1:-Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand)

Code No. 16.115:-Applying two coats of cement based polymer modified bonding admixture (FOSROC or equivalent) over the existing RCC members after removing the plastering and cleaning the concrete surfaces and saturated with clean water. The cost including all materials labour charges

Code No. 26.1:- Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings, the aluminium quality as per garde 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474, including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade (The item included cost of material such as cleats , sleeves , screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work . Nothing extra shall be paid on this account)

Code No.27.9:- Providing and fixing factory made solid Foam uPVC profile for kitchen cabinet frame (45 x 20 mm) of approved shade , quality and make . The profile shall be laminated on both sides , made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg /cum and the exposed edges sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The frame shall be fire retardent with necessary screw holding capacity. Frame shall be fixed to wall using Expendable Fastner with necessary stainless steel screws , all complete .

Code No. 27.10:-Providing and fixing factory made Kitchen Cabinet Shutter / Partition 20mm nominal thickness of approved shade , quality and make from rigid foam sheets (single extruded) having density 600 Kg / cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet / PVC foil lamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed to frame using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws , all complete.

Code No. 12.80:-Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,

Code No. 16.118:-Supply and fixing of sliding windows at all levels made out from Unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame (UPVC) of natural colour (PRISTINE WHITE) with outer frame of size 40 x 56x40mm / 102 x 56x 40mm and for shutter frame of size 53 x 38 x37 mm for two track / three track sliding widows , with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/-0.3mm).The section should be single glazing using (flush catch) single point locking.
