8.35:Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-

5.15:Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen (VG - 30) meeting the requirements given in table 500-40, prepared by using a mastic cooker and laid to the required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing an antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into the surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.6.2.a:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with a bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects For Grading - II (13.2 mm Nominal Size)

55.22:Supplying and laying interlocking tile 100 mm or nearest size thickness, minimum strength M 40 including providing a layer of 6 mm aggregate for 5 cm thickness, then laying interlock cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost & conveyance charges etc.; complete.

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

OD91826/2022-2023:Removing damaged concrete: Loose and delaminated concrete shall be identified and marked before proceeding with the removal. The loose cover concrete including the loose damaged concrete shall be removed upto beyond the corroded bars to a minimum depth of 10 mm behind the reinforcement. Only affected concrete shall be removed and conducting proper investigation, (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped / damaged) by chipping / hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like light weight chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge for all height and removal and disposal of debris at designated location including all material, labour, tools, temporary supports for structures, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and/or Consultant. Depth of chipping may vary from 20 to 100 mm.

16.17:Replacement of Expansion Joints complete as per drawings.

14.22:Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation

OD230507/2023-2024:Sand and blasting for cleaning the surface of concrete and reinforcement before grouting and micro concreting -Sand blasting is done by spraying dry coarse sand to the spalled concrete surface under high pressure to get a fresh surface for grouting all as per the instruction of engineer in site. (Approved OD-PWD/BR/2021/1909)

55.26a:Providing and applying elastic, elastomeric membrane forming system with anticarbonation and breathing properties. The system should be based on solvent free acrylic polymers with selected mineral fillers and should be ultra-violet resistant, crack bridging type, carbonation resistant, breathable, enviornment friendly, water proofing coating. For anticarbonation, equivalent air layer thickness denoted as R or SD CO2 grater than 50 m and for breathability equivalent air layer thickness denoted as SD H2O shall be less than 4 m for vapour transmitting barrier. The system consists of one coat primer @ 75- 100 g/m2. The consumption of main polymer coating to give film thickness of 200-225 microns (Solid contents- 70%+ -3%) should be approximately. 400-450 g/m2 per two coats depending upon the method of application (either by roller or brush) and surface smoothness of the concrete. The total dry film thickness of the coating system should be minimum 200 microns for the above system. Polymer coating should be in suitable approved shades, including cost of materials, cleaning, chipping and removing the dirt particles of the concrete slab with wire brush and water,labour charges for filling the bug holes, cracks, joints etc with one component polymer modified fine repair and cosmetic mortar, labour for applying the above coating, scaffolding charges,etc. complete as per IRC SP:80 Clause 6.5.1 and Clause 2808 in the Specifications Book for Roads & Bridges published by the Ministry during April 2013.

16.4:Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy

(Payment shall be made in Sq.M for thickness upto100mm of Microconcrete of area repaired, ) including shuttering work (Only steel reinforcement shall be paid in other relevant items)

Another layer should be applied after some time gap for proper bonding between two layers.Step 5: Curing; One day water curing and next three days air curing.
