OD96163/2024-2025:SITC of 5 KVA Diesel Generator set complete with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms and as per technical details given below 1. Engine a) Make of Engine - Koel/ Kirlosker/Mahindra/Eicher/Leyland) Type of Engine - Diesel Engine c) No. of Cylinders one. d) Method of Cooling – Air Cooling. e) Aspiration -NA. f) Design - Suitable for generating set operating. g) Output- As per manufactures standards. 2. Standard accessories with Diesel Engine. a) Close Coupling b) Air cleaner Alternator c) Make - Stamford/Kirlosker/KEL/LS d) Type - Self exited and self-regulated, brush less e) Capacity – 5 kVA @ 0.8PF f) System of Voltage - 1 phase, 230 V, 2 wire system. g) Speed - As per manufactures standards. f) Voltage regulation band - +/-2.5% of rated voltage g) Frequency - 50 Hz h) Insulation - Class -F/H .The Alternator should confirm to IS. Routine tests as per relevant IS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. Operation and service manual, and 75% of fuel shall be provided for test running and handing over to client. 7.Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure. Fuel connection shall be done as per standards.7. Battery. Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. 8. Automatic Battery charger. The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. The load required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at his own expenses. The DG shall be guaranteed for 3 years from the date of commissioning .any of the spares /components which are found to be defective during this period shall be replaced immediately free of cost.

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.
