16.68:Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.4.2.A:Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 - By Mechanical Means

3.14:Scarifying the existing granular road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres.

3.19.2:Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction.

4.2.A.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-III -For lower sub-base - Mix in Place Method

6.1:Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

OD227784/2024-2025:Construction of reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement ,thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base,with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 with cement content not less than 400 kg/cum ,coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork(steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing),spreading the concrete with showels,rakes,compacted using needle,screed, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction joints,applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge /culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14 days,using curing compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specifications clause 1501(based on MORD 6.4)

8.21:Providing, fencing and erecting 50 mm dia painted steel pipe railing in 3 rows on precast M20 grade RCC vertical posts1.8 metres high (Tubular Steel Railing on Precast RCC Posts, 1.2 m High Above Ground Level) with 3 holes 50 mm dia for pipe, fixed 2 metres centre to, complete as per approved drawing

8.2.A:Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 Grade PCC Using Concrete Mixer on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCCM20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409

8.8:Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

55.10.1:Providing and erecting retro-reflectorised Object Hazard Marker 300mm x 900mm Providing and erecting retro-reflectorised Object Hazard Marker sign with 07 years warranty, manufactured as per IRC 67 USING Type IV ASTM D 4956-09 micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting fixed over aluminium sheetig, 2 mm thick / aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back support frame and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm, firmly fixed 30cm above ground level by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30x45cm, 45cm below ground level including painting all non-reflective faces with epoxy paint 2 coats over epoxy primer as per approved drawing and clause 801.300 mm x 900 mm

8.4.2:Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign with 7years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting vide clause 801.3.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 25x25x3 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc. 60 cm equilateral triangle

OD217736/2024-2025:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Concrete Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.
