OD21356/2024-2025:One Time Maintenance Service Contract for Diesel Powered Electric Generators 100 KVA at the site by an authorized company technician, including 1. Check One Time Maintenance Service Contract for Diesel Powered Electric Generators 100 KVA at the site by an authorized company technician, including 1. Checking, Overall condition/appearance of equipment (controls, leaks, loose wires). 2. change all fuel and oil filters. 3. Inspect and adjust rack on unit injector or fuel distributor pump according to manufacturer's instructions. Check injector pump and injectors and verify flow rate, pressure, and spray pattern. 4. Adjust the governor for proper operating speed if required. 5. Flush cooling system and check hoses. Replace hoses if required by COR. Replace coolant by the contractor and hose if required and the payment for that items will be made separately. 6. Brush and clean the coolant heat ex changer, 7. Tighten control and power wiring connections. 8. Change Lubricating oil. 9. Check the vibration of the Engine. 10 Check low oil pressure cut-off, high water temperature cut-off, over-speed cut-off and failed start. 11. Check generator bearings and bearing grease. Lubricate in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. 12. Visually check bus bars, bracing, and feeder connections for cleanliness and signs of overheating. 13. Perform other work prescribed by the manufacturer and reported Overall Condition Assessment of the DG set. 14. Clean generator room/cabin and remove all debris. 15. Clean control panel etc. 16. Inspect safety shutdown devices.
