Supply and laying of 4 inch 100 NB GI pipe (medium class B) on ground with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., and making good the damages of road with concrete mixture of 1 : 2 : 4 including watering & ramming etc. as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 120 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 120 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of above 95 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm size(clamped with 25/40 x 3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Supply,Istallation,Testing and Commissioning of 8 way Sub- Main Distribution Board on wall with 250A MCCB as incomer-1 No and 2 Nos of adjustable 100 A MCCB, 3 Nos of adjustable 63 A MCCB as outgoings,sheet steel, powder coated and suitable busbar rating for operation on 440V,50Hz, 3 phase AC supply.The Sub- Main Distribution Board shall consists of suitable size side extension Left and Right side Cabling boxes, Meter extension box, corner filler box, bottom cabling box, Extended cable alley, LED indicators Red,Yellow,Blue, Digital Ammeter,Voltmeter,Voltage selector switch, Multifuntion meter suitable for energy measurement along with suitable CT for connecting inside the Sub main distribution board including necessary arrangements for cable termination and providing and fixing suitable size cable termination box if needed, complete connections,Danger sign board,Stickering etc as required / directed by the EIC.(Compatible L&T SMDB Enersys-S or Equivalent).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade above 35sqmm and upto 95 sqmm direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required,but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 4C x 50 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 50 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sqmm direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required,but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 4C x 25 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 25 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 4 x 16 sq.mm + 2 x 6 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed suitable size medium class PVC conduit etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 4 x 6 sq.mm + 2 x 6 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed suitable size medium class PVC conduit etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 x6 sq.mm + 1 x 6 sq.mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed suitable size medium class PVC conduit etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination for the submain wiring with suitable lugs upto 32 sqmm wire of PVC insulated copper conductor.

Supply and laying of one number of 12 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

Supplying and laying 6SWG G.I wire at o.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode,including connection /termination with GI thimble etc.as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc.(but without charcoal/coke and salt) but including providing and mixing excel earth compound etc.as required.

Supply of excel earthing compound or its equivalent etc.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50mm X 5mm copper strip on surface for connections etc.as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm (medium class) ivory coloured rigid PVC conduit along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall / floor and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm (medium class) ivory coloured rigid PVC conduit along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall / floor and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing SPN 12 way, double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral ,sheet steel,MCB distribution board,240 V on suface/recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar,earth bar, din bar ,interconnections , powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 3 phase 4 way(4+12) , double door, vertical type three pole and neutral ,sheet steel,MCB distribution board,415 V on suface/recess mounting with provision for fixing MCCB as incomer and TP MCB as out going, complete with 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth link, din bar for mounting MCBs, detachable gland plate, interconnections, earthing, phosphatized and powder painted, fixing using bolt and nut, giving connections etc. as required. (But without MCCB, MCB etc)

Supplying and fixing 3 phase 8 way(4+12) , double door, vertical type three pole and neutral ,sheet steel,MCB distribution board,415 V on suface/recess mounting with provision for fixing MCCB as incomer and TP MCB as out going, complete with 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth link, din bar for mounting MCBs, detachable gland plate, interconnections, earthing, phosphatized and powder painted, fixing using bolt and nut, giving connections etc. as required. (But without MCCB, MCB etc)

Supplying and fixing of 3 phase 6 way (4 +24),Double door surface/recess mounting ,horizontal type ,415V,TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected,duly powder painted,inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar,common neutral link,earth bar,din bar for mounting MCBs(but without MCBs and incomer) as required.

Supplying and fixing of 3 phase 4 way (4 +24),Double door surface/recess mounting ,horizontal type ,415V,TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected,duly powder painted,inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar,common neutral link,earth bar,din bar for mounting MCBs(but without MCBs and incomer) as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate In the existing MCB DB complete etc.as required.

Supplying and fixing 5A to 32 amps rating, 240 Volts, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole with neutral in the existing MCB DB complete with connectons, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 - 32 amps rating, 415 Volts, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Double pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connectons, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 - 32 amps rating, 415 Volts, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connectons, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 amps rating, 415 Volts, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connectIons, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 amps rating, double pole (Single phase and neutral) ,240 Volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 amps rating, Four pole (Three phase and neutral) 415 Volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Charges for removing the old Distribution board with MCB, RCCB, & SFU other accessories without any damage and making good the damages of the wall including painting, etc. as required.

Charges for removing the old panel board with MCB, RCCB, & SFU other accessories without any damage and making good the damages of the wall including painting, etc. as required and conveying the same without any damage to EMU store safely.

Charges for removing the existing 6/25/50 sqmm cable from surface/recess including all junction box/ and accesories without making damages, making good the damages of the wall / floor including painting as per the site conditions and conveyance of the material to the godown etc, as required.

supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10cm X 10 cm X 5mm thick G.I plate with inscription there on,bolted/welded to 35mm X 35mmX 6mm angle iron,60cm long and fixing the same ground as required.

Supplying and fixing cable details tags using Aluminium sheet of size 10cmX3cmX2mm or nearest on the existing cable.

Submission of as fitted drawings of the wiring in the Training and placement cell at NITC campus including both Single line diagram, physicaL layouts in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy same in the format,standard and get the approval from electrical inspectorate including all other charges etc as required.
