This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment over the concrete surface by applying cement based two component polymer modified water proofing slurry coating coating (SIKA 109 TOP seal or equivalent) after cleaning the surface free from scale, rust, grease, oil etc. preparing the surface to be true and flat and saturated mixing the liquid (A) and powder (B) components in the ratio 1:4 by weight, applying in two coats with an interval of 2 to 6 hours for hardening in between and finally finished by rubbing down with a soft, dry sponge including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight and storng wind and curing by gunny bags or polythene sheeting upto 5 days etc. complete.
