Supply and laying of 4 inch 100 NB GI pipe (medium class B) on ground with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., and making good the damages of road with concrete mixture of 1 : 2 : 4 including watering & ramming etc. as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 185 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 185 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of above 95 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm size(clamped with 25/40 x 3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 8 way Sub- Main Distribution Board on wall with 250A MCCB as incomer-1 No and 2 Nos of 100 A MCCB, 4 Nos of 63 A MCCB as outgoings,sheet steel, powder coated and suitable busbar rating for operation on 440V,50Hz, 3 phase AC supply.The Sub- Main Distribution Board shall consists of suitable size side extension Left and Right side Cabling boxes, Meter extension box, corner filler box, bottom cabling box, Extended cable alley, LED indicators Red, Yellow, Blue, Digital Ammeter, Voltmeter,Voltage selector switch, Multifuntion meter suitable for energy measurement along with suitable CT for connecting inside the Sub main distribution board including necessary arrangements for cable termination and providing and fixing suitable size cable termination box if needed, complete connections,Danger sign board,Stickering etc as required / directed by the EIC.(Compatible L&T SMDB Enersys-S or Equivalent).

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I wire at o.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode,including connection /termination with GI thimble etc.as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc.(but without charcoal/coke and salt) but including providing and mixing excel earth compound etc.as required.

Supply of excel earthing compound or its equivalent etc.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50mm X 5mm copper strip on surface for connections etc.as required.

supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10cm X 10 cm X 5mm thick G.I plate with inscription there on,bolted/welded to 35mm X 35mmX 6mm angle iron,60cm long and fixing the same ground as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 4 x 16 sq.mm + 2 x 6 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed suitable size medium class PVC conduit etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 16 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing of 8 way, Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 250 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar, cable ties for mounting MCBs (but without MCCB and incomer) as required.

Supplying and fixing Cable End Box (Loose Wire Box) suitable for 8 way Double door TPN MCCB DB , 415 Volts, on surface/ recess, complete with testing and commissioning etc.as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate In the existing MCB DB complete etc.as required.

Supplying and fixing 125 A,16KA,TPMCCB and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing VDB including drilling holes ,making connections etc.

Supplying and fixing 63 amps rating, 415 Volts, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Four pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Replacement of 200A MCCB Extended Rotary Handle (make -ABB) With Rode -XT2-XT4 8pse 1SDA082811R1 in the existing panels.

Fabrication & fixing of panel board Sheet made from 2 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer, providing rubber beadings and suitable size hinches, Nuts & Bolts for fixing on the existing panel board with a size of(29*38cm)etc. as required.

Fabrication & fixing of panel board Sheet made from 2 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer, providing rubber beadings and suitable size hinches, Nuts & Bolts for fixing on the existing panel board with a size of(30*40 cm)etc. as required.

Fabrication & fixing of panel board Sheet made from 2 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer, providing rubber beadings and suitable size hinches, Nuts & Bolts for fixing on the existing panel board with a size of(38*60 cm)etc. as required.

Fabrication & fixing of panel board Sheet made from 2 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer, providing rubber beadings and suitable size hinches, Nuts & Bolts for fixing on the existing panel board with a size of(30*20 cm)etc. as required.

Charges for removing the existing 6/25/50 sqmm cable from surface/recess including all junction box/ and accesories without making damages, making good the damages of the wall / floor including painting as per the site conditions and conveyance of the material to the godown etc, as required.

Charges for removing the old Distribution board with MCB, RCCB, & other accessories without any damage and making good the damages of the wall including painting, etc. as required.

Electrical Schematic drawing in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy of the same for Electrical inspectorate approval (along with seal,signature and license details of A class contractor) and complete assistance in obtaining the necessary approval from the Electrical inspectorate, ensuring that all compliance requirements and procedures are properly followed etc as required.
