Providing and fixing 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of H section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. U cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter to existing door frames)

Steel work in built up GI tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and laying rectified Antiskid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement/epoxy and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing GI powder coated trafford sheets 0.50mm or nearest available thick with GI bolts and nuts plate washers and bitumin washers, M seal and 150mm overlap at ends including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.complete

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Finishing with Epoxy paint two or more coats on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Wall painting with two coat premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

French spirit polishing one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade over old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Taking out existing door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter Of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking serviceable material in Engineering Unit store and other materials within 50 metres lead as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs ( thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) laid in cement mortar including stacking serviceable material in Engineering Unit store and other materials within 50 metres lead as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement based two component polymer modified water proofing slurry coating (SIKA TOP seal or equivalent) after cleaning the surface free from scale,rust, grease, oil etc. preparing the surface to be true and flat and saturated mixing the liquid (A) and powder (B) components in the ratio 1:4 by weight,applying in two coats with an interval of 2 to 6 hours for hardening in between and finally finished by rubbing down with a soft, dry sponge including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight and strong wind and curing by gunny bags or polythene sheeting upto 5 days etc. complete

Providing Fibre lamination works to the RCC structure using resine fibre glass and chemicals after washing the surface roughly cleaned and dry fill in the cracks with suitable putty, first apply the resine to the surface well spread and pressing, applying a second layer of resin to smooth finish for forming the whole to a solid mass including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Chipping and removing the damaged portion of R CC beams columns slabs etc. carefully without damaging the existing structure including removing the debries scrapping with emery paper/wire brush for removing the rusted portion from the reinforcement apply one coat of adhesive epoxy resine such as NETTO BOND EP including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete.
