MCCB, MCB & DB'S

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MOB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MOB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MOB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

8 way (4 + 24), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

LED TUBELIGHT

Supply and fixing of box type tube fittings (Batten & T8 LED Tube), complete with side holders and 18/20 watt 4 feet T8 LED tube, Including suitable GI clamp for fixing at an angle of 45 degree. etc, as required.(T8 LED-Bajaj BLRB 18W CW LED, Batten- Bajaj BLRB-DB 118 I, or compatible).

ARMOURED CABLE XLPE

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 70 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 185 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

HORIZONTAL DB

Supplying and fixing 4 way, single pole and neutral Double door, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

MCB

Supplying and fixing 63 amps rating, four pole, 415 Volts, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connectons, testing and commissioning etc as required.

STICKERING ON DB/PANEL

Supplying and fixing the identification details of cables and Distribution boards details with vinyl stickers on existing panel board & DB etc. as required

CABLE TAG

Supplying and fixing cable details tags using Aluminium sheet of size 10 cm X 3 cm X 2 mm or nearest size on the existing cable.

CAD DRAWINGS

Submission of as fitted drawing in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy of the same in the format and standard to get the approval from electrical inspectorate.(along with seal,signature and license details) etc as required.

PANEL BOARD

Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning floor /wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type panel board made from 75x40x6 size 'C' channel base frame comprising of the following components/ devices ,complying to IS 8623.Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly using 2 mm POWDER COATED CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement 2mm for frame , with front access facility, bus bar chambers with copper bus , hinged doors for all switch gear compartments and earthing the doors using braided copper conductor and providing indication lamps, digital type Multi function meter suitable CTs, danger notice board, LED indicator, feeder compartment lock, terminal block, PVC trunking, slotted channel, suitable connector, termination lug, copper wire if required, meter viewing glass if required etc. The board should be powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process as required. 2 Nos Copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 3 mm at the rear . earth stud. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. Insulated copper bus bar for phase and Neutral adequate ampere size of Incomer Switch , out going switches. The panel Board should be fitted on the base frame for panel board using channels of class designation 75 including cutting,welding, drilling holes,painting two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate paint botling the frame to the panel and to the furnished floor using required bolts and nuts making good the dameges colour washing and including providing and fixing the following switch gears etc as required.The charges for all control wiring, loading and unloading, testing and commissioning are included. The cable entry may be bottom or top as per direction of Engineer in charge, The Panel shall be Fabricated as per Electrical Inspectorate, KSEB, CPRI & other relevent codes and standards.

Incoming: (Approved make) - 400A ,50kA,415V,4 Pole MCCB Microprocessor release,ROM ,spreaders at the incoming and outgoing sides etc.complete. The MCCB shall have shunt trip coil-1No. Outgoing (Approved make) - 200A 4P 25kA MCCB with Rotary Handle, Spreders -1 nos 160A 4P 25kA MCCB with Rotary Handle, Spreders -2 nos 125A 4P 25kA MCCB with Rotary Handle, Spreders -1 nos 100A 4P 18kA MCCB with Rotary Handle, Spreders -5 nos 63A 4P 18kA MCCB with Rotary Handle, Spreders -3 nos Spare Chamber to fix a MCCB minimum size of 100 A - 2 nos MFM meter-1nos ,6A SP MCB -3 nos, LED indication -3 nos Resin cast metering CT (400/ 5 A ) 15 VA of accuracy class 0.1 - 3.00 Nos Earth Leackage Relay with CBCT-1 No.

GI PLATE EARTHING

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipe of 2.7 metre long and with suitable amount (60kg) of earthing compound (EXCEL compound or equivalent) etc. as required.

EXHAUST FAN

Supplying and fixing of heavy duty 450mm sweep exhaust fan with front guard working on 240 volts,50Hz AC supply, on existing exhaust fan provision, making good the daamages,giving connection with 3 core flexible copper wire, etc as requiredspeed1400rpm including connection etc. as required. Make:Almonard / Havells or Equivalent

PANEL BOARD REMOVAL

Charges for removing the existing Panel board, (All, UG cable, wires & PVC conduits) making good the damages of the wall / floor including painting other accessories without any damage and conveyance of the materials / Panel board to the godown etc, as required.

Charges for removing the existing DB, (All, cable wires & PVC conduits) and refixing the same DB on wall including cable termination, making good the damages of the wall / floor including painting other accessories without any damage etc as required.
